RESOLUTION NO. 2020-239
CONCURRING MUNICIPAL TOURISM COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001
TITLED “RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING INDEFINITE CLOSURE OF ALL TOURIST
SPOTS AND DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF SOLSONA, ILOCOS NORTE”.
WHEREAS, Municipal Tourism Council approved MIC Resolution No. 2020-001
recommending the indefinite closure of all fouris! spols and destinations within the
fia [yrsdiction of the Municipatiy ‘of Solsona, Ilocos Norle and forwarded to the
Office of Ihe Sangguniang Bayan for ils information and necessary action;
WHEREAS, upon careful study of the aforesaid Resolution, the Sangguniang Bayan
geemed it fitting and proper to concur with the Resolution of the Municipal Tourism
ouncil;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jonathan L. de Lara, unanimously seconded
by all members present, il was;
RESOLVED as It Is HEREBY RESOLVED to CONCUR MUNICIPAL TOURISM COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001 TITLED “RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING INDEFINITE CLOSURE OF
ALL TOURIST SPOTS AND DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF SOLSONA, ILOCOS NORTE”.
RESOLVED FINALLY, lo transcribe copies of this resolution to the Municipal Tourism
Council and all others concemed for their information and favorable consideration,
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
I hereby cerly that this Resolution was approved by the Sangguniang Bayan of
Solsona, Ilocos Norte In Its 47 Regular Session dated August 10, 2020,
