    During the 10th meeting of Standardization Committee of JBCCI-X for deliberation
    Cadre Employees of
    regarding payment of Performance Linked Reward (PLR) for 2019-20 to Non-Executive
    CIL Subsidiaries and SCCL on l15.10.2020 at Ranchi, the representatives of Central Trade Unions (CTUs)
    raised the issue of payment of Bonus to the Contractors' Workers also.

    Management assured that communication would be sent to all the subsidiaries to ensure

    compliance of relevant statutes in this regard.

    In view of the above, I have been directed to request you to kindly arrange to ensure the
    compliance of all statutory provisions in regard to payment of Bonus to the Contractors' Workers.
