Managerial Activities
Mission
To provide the highest quality cement possible in the Nepalese
market.
Vision
To ensure complete customer satisfaction as we are driven by
values and deliver on a vision.
Production Phase
After allocation of all the resources required for the production
activities, the production phase begins.
1. Limestone is collected and loaded from Palpa which is about
45Km away from the factory without any barrier.
2. The loaded limestone is priced according to the weight.
3. The limestone is then kept into a crusher and crushed into small
pieces.
4. Coveyor belt helps stones to reach to reclaimer.
5. The proportioner is fitted to the hofer with the help of the reclaimer
and limestone, boxide, iron, clay is separated and sent.
8. After this, the final mixture of all the raw material are transferred
to VRM machine and this process is also visualized and evaluated
through control room by technician.
9. After it is converted into raw mill pre-heating is done through
VRM machine in 6steps
With the help of captive power plant, clinker is checked
whether it is burnt out or not.
Captive power plant helps to cool the clinker.
After that the cliker is sent to the storage.
Then the clinker and gypsum is mixed to make OPC cement
and clinker, gypsum and flyash are mixed to make PPC
cement.
At the end, using VRM machine cement is produced.
