increased absenteeism, and higher healthcare costs.

Introduction
• The y-axis shows the absenteeism rate,
in days per year.

• The x-axis shows the mental health

status of the employee. The categories
are severe, poor, fair, good, and
excellent.

• The data shows a positive correlation

between mental health and
absenteeism. This means that as mental
health status gets worse (from excellent
to severe), the absenteeism rate
increases.

Objective
• To evaluate how employees in different organizations perceive the relationship between mental health
and job performance, using a Likert scale to measure the degree of that relationship. Using
recommendations as a metric, assess how supportive employees think their employer is of mental health
and well-being programs.

• To comprehend the connection between workers' opinions of their mental health and how well they
perform at work, therefore pointing out possible areas where organizations should provide assistance or
intervention.

• To investigate the role that an organization's commitment to mental health programs plays in creating
happy work environments and satisfied employees.
