1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Description: This product made from white kernels of 100% certified organic fresh natural coconuts.
Origin: Product of Sri Lanka
Ingredients: 100% pure Organic Coconut oil.
Processing: Mature Coconut nuts has been deshelled and paired. The remaining meat washed in pure, filtered water
and blanched. The raw coconut meat is then disintegrating into fine pieces. Mechanically pressed at temperature not
exceeding 50˚C VCO has not undergone chemical refining, bleaching or deodorizing. This product is made with 100%
non-GMO, natural and preservative free raw materials.

2. ORGENOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Flavour: Natural flavour of coconut oil free from off flavours including rancidity.
Texture: Typical physical characteristic of coconut oil be free from adulterants, water, visible sediments, added colouring
and flavouring substances, extraneous matter and chemicals.
Colour: Crystal clear at or above 79°F (26°C)
Odor: Fresh and characteristics of coconut with no-off odor.

7. PACKAGING

Finished product is carefully filtered in to sanitized glass bottles 500mL, 200mL or 1000mL 20L plastic pales and labelled
with following information. Glass bottles are packed into 5ply corrugated cartons 12/6 per case with separators.
Labels carry Name of the product with brand name, Net weight, Name and address of the manufacturer or Distributor,
Control Union logo, Country of Origin, Batch Code, Best Before Date.

8. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Shelf life under temperature 79°F (26°C) – 2 years from date of manufacture.
Product will solidify if stored below 79°F (26°C) and will liquefy if exposed to above 79°F (26°C)
It does not require refrigeration.
Store in a Cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
