We use present continuous to talk about events that are happening now and future
plans.
For example,
An event happening now: I am eating.
A future plan: I am going to college tomorrow.
To form the present continuous, we use to be in present simple and a verb + ing.
For example,
I work. → I am working.

Negatives
To form negatives in present continuous, we use not after to be.
For example,
Scarf = Khăn
I not am talking to Clara. Aisha is not wearing a scarf. choàng cổ
I am not talking to Clara. Aisha is wearing not a scarf.
We are not tomorrow going to the gym. They are not eating salad and fruit.
We are not going to the gym tomorrow. They are not eat salad and fruit.
Marcel is not doing homework. You are not working next week.
Marcel not doing homework. You not working are next week.
For example,
I am eating. → Am I eating?
He is eating -> Is he eating?
You are playing football -> Are you playing football?
