1 . Tell me about yourself?
My name is Kapil, and I have completed my schooling at Santosh International

School, Bulandshahr . Currently, I am pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and
Engineering from Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology.
I have a strong foundation in core areas such as Data Structures, Algorithms, and
Software Development. During my coursework, I worked on various projects using
different different technologies. One notable project was a full-stack Rental
Website, where users could browse, filter, and book rental properties. I built the
frontend using React for a seamless user experience, the backend with Express.js
and Node.js for RESTful APIs, and MongoDB for database management. The project is
deployed on Render, showcasing my ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
I am proficient in programming languages such as java, python and javaScript, and
frameworks like Spring boot, django , angular and hibernate etc, which have
enhanced my development capabilities. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing chess
to sharpen my analytical skills and cricket on weekends to recharge mentally.
I am eager to bring my technical skills and problem-solving mindset to contribute
effectively to your team.
2. Tell me something about your academic achievements?
I have always been a sincere and dedicated student. In my High School Board
Examinations, I achieved 95%. During my schooling, I participated in the Sanskrit
Gyan Pariksha and secured 1st prize at the district level in Bulandshahr.
In college, I actively participated in various coding contests and hackathons.
While I didn’t win, the experience taught me valuable lessons about teamwork and
problem-solving.
Beyond academics, I am also a proud member of the student club named 'Khushiyan
Baato'.Through this club, I help organize community service activities that teach
children the importance of helping others and giving back to society.
3. what are your failures and challanges and how do you resolve those?
One of the challenges I faced was during the training for Advanced Java when I
worked with a friend on a project called the Stock Trading Platform. Since it was a
complex, real-world application, we struggled to implement the authentication and
authorization mechanism using JWT.
To resolve this issue, we first sought guidance from our trainer, who provided
valuable insights and resources. We also referred to official documentation and
online tutorials to understand the concepts better. and we successfully
implemented the feature, and this experience taught me the importance of seeking
help when needed and utilizing available resources effectively.
This challenge not only improved my technical skills but also strengthened my
problem-solving mindset and teamwork abilities, which I now apply to other projects
and tasks.
4. what are your strengths?
One of my key strengths is my strong problem-solving mindset. I regularly solve

coding problems on platforms like LeetCode and GeeksforGeeks, which helps me
sharpen my analytical skills. I also participate in weekly contests on LeetCode to
challenge myself and improve my speed and accuracy in solving problems.
Another strength is my ability to learn quickly. I adapt to new technologies and
frameworks with ease, which has been essential in keeping up with the dynamic
nature of the tech industry.
Finally, I pride myself on my calm and humble nature, which helps me work
effectively in teams and handle challenges with patience and composure. This
combination of technical and personal strengths enables me to contribute positively
to both projects and team environments.
5. what are your weakness?
One thing i have realized that , i was so focused on improving my technical skills
that i could not work on my communication skills. So i make sure to practice it
everyday for at least 20 minutes.And i thought i am improving day by day.
6. Why should we hire your?
You should hire me because i have the relevant skills that are required to stay in
the tech industry. I have a problem solving mindset and i am a quick learner also ,
i quickly adapt to new technologies which are important in the dynamic nature of
tech industry. And i am confident that i can apply my technical skills and problem
solving mindset to contribute to your team effectively.
7.what motivates you for doing engineering?
When i was in school i used social media apps like facebook and Instagram , so i
was thinking how they are working and what is running behind . I had a keen
interest for understanding the mechanics of software and systems , so i choose
Computer science and engineering .
8. Where do you see yourself after 5 years?
In 5 years i see myself becoming a skilled software engineer with a strong

understanding of advanced technologies in the field of Software development and AI.
I aspire to work on innovative projects. In addition i hope to take on leadership
responsibilities, either by leading a team or becoming a domain expert and
continuously learn and adapt in this fast evolving field.
9. Are you comfortable working in teams or individually?
I am comfortable working both in teams and individually, and I believe each has its
own benefits. In a team setting, I enjoy collaborating with others, sharing ideas,
and learning from different perspectives. During my college, I did get
opportunities to work in diverse teams where effective communication and
collaboration were key to achieving our goals. On the other hand, I am also self-
motivated and can work independently, taking full ownership of my tasks and
delivering results. Depending on the needs of the project or task, I can easily
adapt to either working style.

I want to join Accenture because it’s one of the leading companies in technology
and consulting. I really admire how Accenture works with top companies and uses new
technologies like AI, cloud, and digital transformation to solve real-world
problems.
I’m also excited about the opportunities for learning and growth here. Accenture
invests in its employees’ development, and I’m eager to enhance my skills and grow
in my career.
