    Dear Mr. Odejerte (Flyingbam Committee),


    Good Day!
    This letter serves as a formal protest against the participation of Mr. Capate jersey
    number 12 and Mr. Novilla jersey number 31 in the ongoing Flying Bam Cup
    Basketball League held December 11, 2024.
    It has come to our attention that these individuals do not meet and pass the residency
    requirements to participate in the league, as they are not actual residents of Barangay
    Bluementrit. Additionally, their behavior during our game has been consistently
    disruptive and disrespectful, violating the established rules and sportsmanship of the
    league.
    This situation undermines the integrity of the league and disrupts the fair play and
    camaraderie that should be upheld in such events.
    To address these concerns, the undersigned respectfully requests that you take the
    following actions:

    1. Verification of Residency: Request proof of residency for all participants to


    ensure compliance with league regulations.

    2. Enforcement of Rules: Implement stricter enforcement of league rules,


    including penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct and rule violations.

    3. Disciplinary Action: Take disciplinary action against individuals found to be in


    violation of league rules and regulations.
    By addressing these issues, the integrity and positive spirit of the barangay basketball
    league can be maintained.
