Job Purpose
Responsible for Sinyar Enterprises standalone books of accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with
accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support for Group Consolidation.
Principal Accountabilities
Accountability Area
▪ Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and
general ledger maintenance of Sinyar Enterprises.
▪ Ensure relevant transactions are posted to the correct General Ledger account and to the proper period.
▪ Process payments for various contracts and miscellaneous expenses after verification.
▪ Provide support for the internal and external auditors, ensure that schedules and other reports are
available as required.
▪ Prepare Budgets and track actuals against budget.
▪ Ensure Suppliers, Banks and inter-company reconciliations are performed in a timely manner and
reconciling items are dealt with appropriately.
▪ Coordinate and monitor all company general insurances with proper liaising with Brokers and internal
departments involved.
▪ Coordinate, validate posting of Payroll Entries across all entities within the Holding.
▪ Finalise month-end and year-end closing tasks and activities and prepare financial statements.
▪ Prepare cash flows and raise request for working capital requirements
▪ Coordinate with Tax Manager for Tax filing (VAT and Corporate Tax).
▪ Assist in the preparation of special / ad-hoc reports that may be required by management.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager

Qualifications
Education/ ▪ Bachelors in Commerce/ Accounting with Professional qualifications ACA, CPA,
Qualification ACCA, CMA or CIMA
▪ Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance out of 2 years in a
Work Experience supervisory role in accounting and finance
▪ Experience in Big 4 audit/accounting firm
▪ Computer Skills - MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 (ERP) and PowerBi
Knowledge
▪ IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards
▪ Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
