Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to introduce myself as Sanjay Kumar, an Indian citizen born on 06th April 1980. My passport
number is W8972821.I am writing to respectfully submit my application for a Schengen tourist visa for
my planned visit to Poland, which is scheduled from October 21, 2024 to October 31, 2024. My intention
is to experience Poland’s renowned cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and culinary delights.
The main objective of my journey is tourism and leisure. I am eager to delve into the local culture,
sample authentic cuisine, and visit illustrious sites, including the Tatra Mountains in Poland. As an avid
admirer of European history and architecture, this trip represents a long-awaited dream.
I have previously visited United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Japan.

My visit to Poland is entirely concentrated on sightseeing as I am extremely fascinated by its beautiful
landscapes. Poland is the hotspot for the traveler in the world, boasting picturesque locations, state-of-
the-art infrastructure, and above all, a vibrant multicultural environment. Also, having already grasped
details about the umpteen hospitality of this country, I am more intrigued to experience world-class
cuisine and personalized treatment. To add meaning to my trip, I have already researched and pre-
planned the places where I want to primarily visit while in Poland. I will explore Warsaw, Krakow,
Wroclaw and Lodz.
I wish to confirm that I have the financial means to cover all the expenses pertaining my trip. Enclosed, I
have provided evidence to financial stability, which includes my bank balance certificate showcasing a
balance of INR 1195629 which is equal to PLN 55,248 in my saving account number 049801003577 at
ICICI Bank Mahesh Nagar Ambala Cantt Branch. Also, I am having a balance of INR 295,798.84 in my
Company’s Canara Bank account Number 2389201001481 at Agri Finance , Karnal Branch which is equal
to PLN 55,248. Furthermore as a businessman with a steady annually income of approximately 840,000
Lakhs INR, my business income ensures additional financial security for this trip. Also, I am having a fix
deposit (FDR) of INR 3756967 which is equal to PLN 173603 in my Company’s current account
139805002116 at ICICI Bank Mahesh Nagar Ambala Cantt Branch . I am confident that our already
existing wealth and consistent earnings make my family strong enough to provide additional financial
support if I incur any throughout my stay in Poland.
Regarding my work commitment, I have a permanent full-time business in my home country which
earns me a hefty living. I own a private limited company. The name of my company is Kalpana Chawla
Computech Private Limited. We provide computer education, vocational training, Skill development
training. We also conduct on-line exams, assessments, seminars and webinars. We have shifted our
office to a new address last year. The current address of our company is III-620, 2nd floor, Shakti Colony,
Near D.A.V. School Road , Karnal. I have huge plans for my future in the India because I possess rich
exposure as a businessman. As I am already doing well in my business, I want to seek progression in the
following year.
In The India, I have my entire family waiting to see me back home from my international trip. My closest
family ties include my parents, my wife and my children. As a businessman, I have a steady and secure
business that requires my physical presence and commitment. Moreover, I am one of the primary
members in my family that takes care of my old aged parents, my wife and my children, a responsibility
that underscores my strong connections to my family and community back home. I know the
importance of returning my home country after my visit to Poland.
I am determined to fulfill my dream of visiting Poland and having some fun as a solo traveler away from
my city. I am curious to expand my area of excursion and I am sure this visit will be a memorable
experience too. I, hereby, inform you that I do not possess any history of visa refusal. Also, I am very
hopeful about having a mesmerizing journey in Poland. I do not have any family ties in Poland, and I am
determined to reunite with my family in India. Hence, I will be returning home as per my travel itinerary.
I assure you that I have gone through the eligibility criteria for international visitors, and I meet the
same. I am in good health. Also, I have no criminal background as well as any such record in India or
elsewhere. I assure you that I have provided all my legitimate documentation and evidence which
validates my candidacy as a genuine temporary entrant. I, hereby, reiterate my purpose for visiting
which is to explore Poland as a solo traveler. I pledge to follow all the Polish Immigration Rules and I will
return home within the authorized stay period. I, therefore, seek your kind approval in allowing me a
valid visa grant for my temporary visit to Poland.
