Static Blocks

Getting Started!
Overview

PrestaShop Static HTML Block module allows you to create

custom HTML blocks to display special information such as text,
widgets, custom CSS/HTML or other stuff. You can add special
blocks in footer, header, CMS pages or any other page in the
left/right columns, with the ability to add CSS effects.

Installation Instructions

1. Log into PrestaShop administration panel, go to Modules → Click Add new module.

2. Select staticblock.zip which you downloaded and click upload this

3. Module.

4. Scroll down and find Static Blocks and click Install. You are done

5. Clear Cache in Advance Parameters → Performance.

Use Cases
Promotional Banners Based on Cart Total
Use the module to display special discount banners or free shipping offers only to customers
who have reached a specific cart total. This motivates users to add more items to their cart to
qualify for the promotion, boosting average order value.

Product-Specific Information Blocks

Display unique content blocks on certain product pages to highlight features, warranties, or
usage tips. For example, an electronics store could add a "How to Care for Your Device" section
to each product page, enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing returns.

Category-Based Announcements
Add custom HTML blocks to specific category pages, such as seasonal product collections or
exclusive deals for certain product groups. For instance, a clothing store could showcase a
"Summer Collection" announcement only on relevant category pages, driving attention to
specific product lines.

this block will only display when the user selects Home as Category. In the same way multiple
conditions can be applied.
Exceptions can also be imposed so that admin can show block for specific page or product
