    10.02.008 Conditions of Retention , Responsibilities of the Permit Holder. Upon acceptance of the permit
    issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: (1) post the
    following items in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to consumers and in public
    view:
    1. The most recent inspection report (front door)
    2. The Certified Food Manager certificate
    3. Current permit
    4. The most recent inspection scorecard (front door)
    Failure to post will result in a written citation
    §10.02.008 Conditions of Retention, Responsibilities of the Permit Holder. Upon acceptance of the permit
    issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: (10) be subject to
    the administrative, civil, injunctive, and criminal remedies authorized in law for failure to comply with
    these rules or a directive of the regulatory authority, including time frames for corrective actions specified
    in inspection reports, notices, orders, warnings, and other directives

    Observed hand sink not used properly. Observed handsink was obstructed at start of inspection.
    Hand-washing facilities must be adequately accessible and supplied with hand washing soap and paper
    towels. Hand washing sink must be used for washing hands only. 228.223 (i) Handsinks. (1) Location. An
    accessible and conveniently located handwash sink shall be provided in or immediately adjacent to food
    preparation areas and restrooms. (2) Intended use. Handsink(s) shall be used for no other purpose other
    than hand-washing.
