Reset My Password

Reset Password

To reset your password, use the Life360


Reset Password tool, or follow these steps
to get a password reset link:

1. On the app login screen, select Forgot


Password.
2. Tap on Continue to have a reset link
sent to you by SMS text and email.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
It must meet Life360’s password
requirements:

At least 8 characters
At least 1 letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
Approved special characters are
*.!@#$%^&(){}[]:;,.?/~_+-=|\
No spaces
No emojis

Verify Your Phone Number

Once you reset your password, you will be


required to verify your phone number.
Follow these steps to verify your phone
number:

If you are not logged into your Life360


app:

1. Open the Life360 app and tap Sign in.


2. Enter your phone number or email and
tap Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit code that you receive
via text and tap Continue.

If you are already logged into your


Life360 app:

1. Open the Life360 app and tap on


Settings in the upper left corner.
2. Tap on Account.
3. Tap on Phone Number.
a. If it is unverified, a red exclamation
point appears next to the phone
number.
4. Enter your phone number and tap on
Continue.
5. Enter the 6-digit code that you receive
via text and tap on Continue.
