    Dear Mr. Md. Likhon Sheikh

    Referring to your last interview with BIM ENVISION Management, we are very much pleased to
    inform your that you’ve been selected for the post “BIM Modeler” under BIM ENVISION
    production department with immediate effect. So, you are requested to contact with our HR &
    Admin department after getting this letter and advised to submit your Joining Letter and confirm
    your joining.

    Please note that your employment will abide by the following terms and conditions:
    1. The tenure of your service will be effect from 16th November 2024.
    2. You will be paid monthly consolidated salary amount of BDT 13,000/- (Taka Thirteen
    Thousand) only inclusive AIT & VAT. AIT & VAT (TAX) shall be borne by you.

    Basic TK. 7800.00
    House Rent TK. 3900.00
    Medical, Convenes & Others TK. 1300.00
    Total Gross Salary TK. 13,000.00
    3. During the job period with our company, you will not engage yourself in any other occupation.
    4. You will be probation for a period of 03 (Three) months from the date of your joining, that will
    be confirmed or farther extension by the company as per the service are found to be
    satisfactory and up to the mark. If you want to leave the company during probation period or
    after confirmation you have to give 01 (One) month prior notice & if you leave the company
    instant with notice/without any notice/If you do not work for 1 month after giving the notice,
    then in that current month salary will not be given for your work and the company will take
    necessary legal action for such.
    5. You will not disclose any company secrets or confidential information to any person, company,
    banks or any of its clients.
    6. The rules and regulations of the company shall be binding during your services and the job
    descriptions as and when assigned to you by the management.
    Your job is important to develop the company future business and in your continued regular
    efficient efforts laying the betterment of the company and we hope in doing so you’re will be well
    set on the path to advancement, prosperity and a long happy association with the management.
