2. MOBILE PHONES are strictly prohibited at the test centre on the test day. Switch off the mobile phone and keep
it in pocket/bag. Use of mobile as calculator is not allowed.

3. Calculators are allowed but borrowing of calculator is not allowed. Programmable calculator is strictly prohibited.

4. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before half time is lapsed.

5. This Admit Card portion, after processing of Application Form will be sent online to you. Check our website
www.kinpoe.edu.pk for your Roll No, Test Centre address, Date and Time of the Test and reach the Test Centre
for the Written Test.

6. This call does not in any way waive your ineligibility, disqualification if warranted, nor does it condone any deficiency in
your application or documents. Your case will not be considered until all notified conditions are fulfilled including the
result of your final examination.

7. Candidates who do not appear in the Written Test will stand disqualified and must not contact this office.

8. Please be informed that Written Test will be held on Sunday February 23, 2025. You are required to keep

 POST DIPLOMA TRAINING PROGRAM (NUCLEAR POWER PLANT TECHNOLOGY) PDTP
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS
A public sector organization offers one-year Post Diploma Training Program (PDTP) in Nuclear Power Plant
Technology. The program will include three semesters of classroom teaching, lab work and on-job-training.
Passing in all three semesters is required for successful training.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 Any Pakistani or AJK Nationals who fulfil the following criteria:
a) 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) recognized by any Provincial Board of Technical
Education with first division (i.e. minimum 60% marks) in SSC and DAE in any one of the following
technologies:
1. Chemical 2. Civil 3. Computer 4. Electrical 5. Electronics
6. HVAC 7. Instrumentation & Control 8. Metallurgy 9. Mechanical
Candidates having Diploma in any other field must have to provide at the time of interview, the
Equivalence Certificate from respective Board of Technical Education stating that their DAE is
equivalent to any one of the above advertised fields for employment. OR
b) 2-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree /Associate Degree in Science/ADS with combination of
Physics and Math or Chemistry and Math from a University recognized by HEC with First division (i.e.
at least 60 % marks) in SSC, HSC (Pre Engineering only) and B.Sc. In case of semester system, CGPA
of 2.5 out of 4.0 is required.
 Candidates appearing in their final exam may also apply but they must have passed in first division by
01-09-2025.
 Maximum age is 25 years on January 14, 2025.
2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
 Candidates can also apply online whose procedure is given on Kinpoe website. For Manual
Application, Form and Admit Card are available for download at KINPOE website. Candidates
applying by post must confirm their application status by checking our website after the lst week of
January 2025.
 The application processing fee (non-refundable) for online submission of application is Rs. 800/- and
for submission by post is Rs. 1500/- .
 Application Processing fee (Rs. 800/- for online and Rs. 1500/- for those applying by post) must be
deposited either in
 KINPOE Online Account No. 4138577545 (Title of Account: KINPOE, KNPC, Karachi) National
Bank of Pakistan (NBP), KANUPP Branch (Branch Code No. 0152), Karachi. There will be no
bank service charges for submission of fee through any branch of NBP. OR
 KINPOE Online Account No. 0541650500927 (Title of Account: KINPOE ADMISSION FEE
ACCOUNT), Askari Bank, SITE Branch (Branch Code No. 0054), Karachi.
 Candidates applying by post must send, through urgent courier service, their filled Application Form
and paid bank receipt which must reach us by January 14, 2025 at the given address.
 Late or incomplete application will not be entertained. You must keep photocopy of your filled
Application Form and paid Bank Receipt for your record. It may be required later on.
 Candidates presently serving in Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous organizations must
apply through proper channel.
 Time and location of the Written Test will be displayed at our website. Please keep visiting KINPOE
website for any change or additional information regarding this program.
3. APPLICATION PROCESSING PROCEDURE
 After processing of the Application, the Admit Card will be available online at the website only to
the eligible candidates. Do not wait for the receipt of the Admit Card. Candidates may see the
status of their application at our website after the last week of January 2025.
 If you fulfil all the advertised criteria and you had applied before the application deadline and still
your name is not in our website, then you must contact the Office at the number given below.
Photocopies of the application form and paid Bank Deposit Slip will be required.
 No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
