    You all know that FESS has revolutionised the concept of sinus disease management and made difficult skull base and opthomological problems easy through endoscopic approach. Due to huge population in India the problem of sinus diseases are quantitatively very high. We are lacking properly trained ENT surgeons to meet the demand and FESS will be future state of art among all branches in ENT. The objectives of this course are to strengthen the foundation regarding basics and fundamental techniques in FESS for the budding ENT surgeons and sharpen the skills of trained surgeons. This workshop is mainly to focus right from holding the endoscope, setting up FESS table, developing coordination between monitor & Patient field, maintenance of equipment, recording and documentation of data, post operative management etc., which are usually not covered in FESS WORKSHOPS. We are planning to demonstrate very basic operation steps by live surgical demonstration by renowned specialists and also face to face interaction to alleviate very fundamental doubts lurking in the minds of many ENT surgeons. NANDYAL is a semi urban town ship amidst dense NALLAMALLA FOREST with beautiful scenic picnic spots like SRISAILAM,MAHANANDI, AHOBILAM, YAGANTI, BELUM CAVES etc. It is well connected by rail & road.
