For dry, tanned skin, look for skincare products that hydrate, soothe, and even out skin

tone.
Here's a routine:

1. Cleanser

 Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser with ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin.
 Examples: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating
Gentle Cleanser.

2. Exfoliation (2-3 times a week)

 Opt for chemical exfoliants like lactic acid or mandelic acid to gently remove dead skin
cells without stripping moisture.
 Examples: The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5%, Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA
Liquid Exfoliant.

3. Toner

 Choose a hydrating toner with aloe vera or rose water to refresh your skin.
 Examples: Thayers Alcohol-Free Rose Petal Toner, COSRX Hydrium Watery
Toner.

4. Serum

 Use a serum with vitamin C to brighten and reduce the appearance of a tan, or
hyaluronic acid for hydration.
 Examples: Drunk Elephant C-Firma Fresh, The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% +
B5.

5. Moisturizer

 A rich moisturizer with ceramides, shea butter, or squalane is ideal.

 Examples: CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream.

6. Sunscreen (Daily)

 Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to prevent further tanning and
damage.
 Examples: EltaMD UV Daily SPF 40, La Roche-Posay Anthelios Melt-in Milk
Sunscreen.

7. Night Treatment

 For repair, consider a product with niacinamide to improve skin barrier and tone.
 Examples: The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Glow Recipe Watermelon
Glow Sleeping Mask.

Home Remedies

 Aloe Vera Gel: Apply as a mask to soothe and hydrate.

 Honey & Yogurt: A mix can help lighten tan and moisturize skin.

Ensure to drink plenty of water and eat hydrating foods like fruits and vegetables for overall skin
health!
