     This web-based Java application is designed to post adds of property which they want to sell
    and if buyer visit his property, then owner of the property will be get notification
     This application consists of three logins Admin, seller and buyer different access will be
    given to individuals
     Buyer and seller are the customers of application admin is maintainer of resources with in
    the application.
     Listing all the features of property, Vaastu considering etc. .
     This helps the buyer to choose best and good property for buying .
     Property is investing a large amount so buyer should aware all the legal procedures that will
    be listed .
     Agents or mediators can have a bigger advantage with this application and earning their
    margins.
