Management: Our food company is led by emerging entrepreneur,
Preesha Patel, along with Mareting Specialist, Vidhan Patni, known
for working in Google as a financial head entered this buisness as
Ceo for his passion for food. The Board of Directors, consisting of
Poojan Patel, Dhyey Patel, Shreyas Bavisetti and Falak Sanghvi, all
who are experienced within the marketing sector. We will be
employing a duo for each food truck, along with staff to support
marketing strategy schemes and monitor our profit and loss. Our
chefs have 5 years of experience atleast.
About Our Business
Our food truck business, Urban Nom-Nom, aims to revolutionize
the culinary experiences of millions around the world. This is a new
world of culinary simplicity. We want customers to experience
innovative as well as delicious dishes from all over the world.
Operating as a mobile eatery, we leverage flexibility and creativity to
cater diverse foods on wheels.

Location : We will start our food trucks in Vadodara, and expect


to expand in the next few years to the whole of India.

Type of business: Our buisness is a private limited buisness with the founder having 22%,
the ceo having 18% and other members having 15% each.

i. Vision: To become the leading mobile food business in India while being recognized for
our delicious, continental street food offerings. We will start with Vadodara and then keep
expanding as per the demand in other cities of India

ii. Mission: To provide not only Vadodara, but the whole of India with a convenient and
exciting way to experience the rich tapestry of international street food culture, using fresh,
high-quality ingredients and fostering a sense of community connection.

OBJECTIVES:

Consistently deliver delicious and authentic street food dishes from various
countries.
Source high-quality ingredients, with a focus on supporting local Vadodara
suppliers whenever possible.
Cater to diverse dietary needs by offering vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our

We as a company will follow the 4 P’s of marketing:

1. Product: Our delicious and nutritious food .


2. Price: Our prices will range from around 150-250 INR as we want
to make the food affordable for all customers.

The food truck market has lots of potential for improvement, starting with
the use of biodegradable cutlery, electric stoves, and by not letting any
food go to waste. Every opportunity counts, and we are doing the best we
can. Our finance report shows that we would also need extra funds to
jump-start the business's growth, allowing us to cover more area.
Target Market;
Our target market is the general public, mostly people who have a 9-5 job,
students who go to coaching, and foodies who would like to try new
cuisines.

Vadodara has a vibrant food scene, including other mobile food vendors
and traditional restaurants, especially those with a good public persona.
