Programme Run-Through

I. PER TEAM ENTRANCE

( From the outskirts of the gymnasium to the court) See the order:
• team 1 - red wolf ( HELPLINE )
• team 2 - orange dragon ( AP MEDICARE )
• team 3 - blue eagles ( MANAGEMENT )
• team 4 - black shark ( AP ACA )
• team 5 - yellow panther ( NO COST )
• team 6 - pink tamaraw ( DH )
• team 7 - purple tigers ( PCH )
• team 8 - green bear ( MHA/PHS )
• team 9 - gray falcon ( KATIPUNAN )

II. Torch Lighting Ceremony


( The relay starts with Sir JV then he passes it on to sir wado. Wado will lit the bowl of sportsmanship
which signals the opening of the Sports Festival.

III. Oath of Sportsmanship will be headed by Sir JV.

IX. Unveilling of per team flags. ---- accompanied by Music
X. All team shall be seated to their respective spaces inside the gymnasium – an indication is mounted
for them to recognize.
XI. Presentation of Mr and Miss VB 24/7 and Miss Pride.
• Reading of Criteria || Let everyone know that this will be 20% of their total final scores.
• Introduction of the Judges.

XII. Latin Dance Sports Competition
• Calls out all the participating contingents.

• Male, Female, LGBT ; this is done by batch
• Announce all Team Management from Tls to Soms to be a part of the human barricade.

XV. Announcement of Games schedule can be done anytime in the flow when necessary or needed.
