NOTICE

It is hereby informed to all students of class-XI (C,D,E,F,G & H) that their final practical exam of
Physics, Chemistry and Biology will held on 10 th & 11th February, 2025 at school. All the
students are instructed to attend the school on due date for their Final Practical Exam. Students
are also instructed to attend school at reporting time with proper school uniform, ID card &
other necessary copies and materials guided by the subject teachers. The institute will not be
responsible if a student fails to arrive on time with above mentioned copies and materials on
the exam day and he or she will be treated as an absentee. The exam will perform in two
batches in each day of exam, with the following schedule –

Date- 10.02.2025
Batch Name Physics Chemistry Biology
1st XI-C XI-D XI-E
2nd XI-D XI-F,G, & H XI-C
Date- 11.02.2025
1st XI-F,G, & H XI-E XI-D
2nd XI-E XI-C XI-F,G, & H

Reporting Time :
1st Batch: 11am – 12.30pm
2nd Batch : 1pm - 2.30pm
