s/he has just done.

4.S evaluate the outcomes (written?) of AI with L's

guidance.

5.S search for information on user requirements

using Google in order to identify the key factors
in matching information systems. [Download
and save and read]

6.S use New Bing to do the same.

7.S compare the outcomes and pick the best for

self- identification of key factors in matching
information systems to user requirements.

8.S compare their own assessment with AI’s results,

after asking AI the same questions, with T guidance.

L discusses about the relevant hallucinations,

biasness, privacy and security issues.
LO3 Formulate/Create ideas 1.S ask AI [CHATgpt OR any] to generate a policy
which could contribute regarding IT issues. [Students to note on paper]

effectively in a business detailed below:
environment, selecting
appropriate software for
specific tasks and

acceptable business
standard.
LO5 Improve office automation
applications skills, using
Microsoft Office

During the lessons, you will be taught various concepts of ICT, including the use of AI
tool(s) to perform certain tasks. It is the responsibilities of students to do independent
study on concepts that they are not familiar with and may not necessary be taught in
class. The AI tool(s) are introduced for students to appreciate the power and the
limitations of such tool(s) while appreciating about the hallucinations,
biasness, privacy and security issues posed by AI tool(s) in general.

This is an online remote written assignment that involves submitting

written MS Power Point slides, LO1/2/3, MS Word file LO123

[USE ALL LEARNING MATERILAS FROM WEEKS 1 TO 4 FOR SUPPORT]

There are three parts to this assignment; the first part is to use MS Power
Point to illustrate how the thinking and development process in achieving Learning
Outcomes 1, 2 and 3 using an AI tool. It must be not more than 7 pages. The
slides must only contain flowcharts and/or diagrams;
the second part is to use MS Word to describe the process AI tool is applied
to support the learning of MS Excel, especially the formulae. It must be not more
than 1 page, with Arial Font of size 11, 1.15 spacing, with justified paragraphs.
Appropriate sub-headings must be used. Line and paragraph spacing must be

assessment condition.

All criteria must fulfil…

Coverage of Content: Addresses the specific content areas comprehensively

demonstrating the skills in using MS Office components and knowledge of
information system.

Depth of Understanding: Demonstrates depth in understanding about

information communication technology including formatting in both MS Word and
Power Point, and the correct usage of functions and formulae in MS Excel.

Use of Relevant Functions and Formulae (for MS Excel): Utilizes appropriate

and most precise functions and formulae in MS Excel

Clarity and Coherence: Provides answers (including formatting) that are clear,
specific, well- structured, and coherent.

Part 1 – Individual 7-page slides using MS Power Point (30%)

For this part of the assignment, you need to :

(1) Demonstrate the proficiency of using AI tool to achieve LO1, LO2 and LO3 [use
only flowcharts, for each LO at least]

(2) Reflect and justify every step you collaborate with the AI tool to achieve the
outcomes

(3) Illustrate the process on working with AI on the slides using Power Point in visual
formats only. You are not required to do an oral presentation.

Your PowerPoint slides must be no more than 7 slides.

Assessment Criteria:
7-page slides (5%)

 Power point submitted must be no more than 7 pages.

Content (10%)

Articulate the reflective process [Flow charts] in using the AI tool in a justified

content. Please ensure nobody has the same design as yours.

Part 2 – Individual 1 A4-page document using MS Word (30%)

For this part of the assignment, you need to:

(1) Demonstrate the proficiency of using AI tool to achieve LO1, LO2 and LO3
[Instruct one of the AI Tools to give you the formula for some excel functions
discussed] Make up data to draw charts and tables] [Not exceeding 1-page else
5marks off]
(2) Reflect and justify every step you collaborate with the AI tool to achieve the
outcomes
(3) Write the process on working with AI in a report using Word in a professional
