(3) Please note that it is mandatory for the bidder to insert the applicable response (from options (a) or (b) below) in the ‘Bidder Response’ column for
each line item in the table below:
(a) Agreed; or
(b) Not agreed (in such case, bidder to provide relevant deviation).

1. Scope of Work Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sewage Agreed
Treatment Plant for Atelier Greens, Pune as per attached scope of work
(Annexure 1 to STC). The broad scope of work shall be:
 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sewage
Treatment Plant – of capacity as 240 cum/day at a maximum
efficiency including all necessary safeties, pumps, blowers,
accessories, instruments, interconnecting piping, control panel,
electrical wiring, etc. complete as per attached technical
specifications (Annexure 2 to STC).
 Propose Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the entire scope of work as per
attached format (Annexure 3 to STC),
 All the works shall be carried out as per Indian Standards and
relevant code of practices / Specifications unless otherwise
specified elsewhere in the Contract.

 The Contractor shall adhere and perform all required tests and
submission of reports at regular intervals to the authorities /
Employer as per MPCB recommendations and requirements.
 The quoted rate shall inclusive of all required resources,
supervision visits by your project engineers, including review for
quality of work under execution, time schedule and pending work
as well as co-ordination with client, co-ordination with locals /
authorities at site level, incidental expenses, loading, unloading,
transportation, insurance towards material if any required and
mathadi charges etc.
 The general housekeeping shall be responsibility of the Contractor.
 In the event that damage has been done to any utility services due
to the Contractor’s work or any cause within his control, and should
these repairs be carried out by the local Authority / utility service
provider, the Contractor shall make a direct reimbursement to the
local Authority for the cost and charges for carrying out the repairs,
failing which the Employer reserves the right to pay to the local
authority / utility service provider directly and deduct the same
from any monies due or becoming due to the Contractor.
 The contractor shall be responsible for handling all local issues /
any other authority issues at site. The Employer will not be held
responsible in such cases.

The sequence of work / deliverables shall be as per below after awarding


of Service Order:
 Submission of GFC drawings for Civil Construction of Plant, Piping &
Instrumentation, General Arrangement of Equipment & Panels,
Embedded Inserts such as sleeves, Construction work etc. if any
required.
 Supply of Materials / Equipment / Plant as per site condition in
coordination with the Employer.
 Unloading, Shifting & Safekeeping & Installation of entire Sewage
Treatment Plant.

 Trail run of entire Sewage Treatment Plant.
  Commissioning and handing over of entire Sewage Treatment

2. Effective Date The Effective Date shall mean the date of issuance of the SO by Employer Agreed
to Contractor or within 7 days from the date of intimation from our end to
start work.

4. Completion 4.1 The Contractor shall perform the overall scope of work as mentioned Agreed
Schedule below:
 Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning Works and
achieve completion of entire scope of work on or before 31 st March
2025.
 Operation & Maintenance of STP Works – 4 years from STP
Commissioning / Handing over date.
 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of STP Works – 4
years from the date of completion of DLP period.
4.2 The Contractor shall complete mobilisation at the Site within 07 days
of the handing over of the Site by the Employer.
5. Basic Price 5.1 The Basic Price shall be as specified in the Price Schedule set out in Rs.37,00,000/-
‘Annexure I: Price Schedule’ and shall be payable on a BOQ basis. The
Basic Price shall be inclusive of applicable Taxes (except GST), labour and
other statutory charges, gratuity amounts, cost of materials, consumables,
tools and tackles, Mathadi charges, insurance charges, margin, overheads,
charges for Bank Guarantees and other costs associated with the
performance of the Scope of Work.
SO Price 5.2 The SO Price shall be as specified in the Price Schedule set out in Rs.43,66,000/-
‘Annexure I: Price Schedule’, which shall be inclusive of GST.
6. Taxes GST shall be paid at actuals, as per the rates specified in the Price 18%
Schedule set out in ‘Annexure I: Price Schedule’. BOCW Cess, if applicable,

shall be directly paid by the Employer.
7. Payment Terms 75% of assessed value of work will be paid within 15 days from the Agreed
submission of invoice and the balance amount of certified Running
Account Bills will be paid within 30 days from the date of submission of
invoice by the Contractor as per approved format from the date of invoice
submission along with the following documents:
(a) Tax invoice, including details such as item number, Contractor’s GST
identification number and permanent account number:
one (1) set of original and two (2) sets of copies.
(b) Inspection release note and/or measurement sheets duly certified by
the Employer’s representative.
(c) Reconciliation statement of Free Issue Materials (if applicable).
(d) Copy of insurance policies to be procured by the Contractor; and
(e) Copy of statutory registrations as required for performance of the
Works under the SO Documents.

The payment stage for the entire scope of Sewage Treatment Plant shall
be as per below:
 10% against on approval of GFC Drawings for Civil, P&ID, GA, and
construction drawings.
 60% payment against supply of all materials/equipment’s on site
on pro-rata basis,
 20% payment against completion of installation works of entire
Sewage Treatment Plant.
 10% payment against completion of trial run and handing over of
entire Sewage Treatment Plant.

Retention Money:
A sum of 5% of the gross value of work certified for each RA Bill shall be
deducted (excluding GST) limited to 5% of Service Order Price or 5% of

Service Order Value (in case of amendment(s)) having been issued and its
applicable only for SITC scope of work only excluding GST and the
retention money deduction is not applicable for Operation & Maintenance
and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract.
100% of the amount shall be refunded/released to the Contractor upon
successful completion of the Defects Liability Period and the issue of the
Final Completion Certificate. The retention money, provided by the
Contractor in whatsoever form, shall not bear any interest. The Contractor
can submit a bank guarantee, in lieu of the Retention Money, in which
case the deduction shall not be made from the RA bills.

8. 8.1 Delay 0.5% of the SO Price (along with applicable GST), for each completed week Agreed
Liquidated of delay or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 5% of the SO Price.

8.2 Shortfall Shortfall Liquidated Damages for unsuccessful Commissioning or shortfall Agreed

8.3 Overall cap The maximum ceiling of the Delay Liquidated Damages and Shortfall Agreed

damages applicable GST payable on such SO Price).
8.4 Other Liquidated damages payable by the Contractor for breach of: (i) Safety Agreed
liquidated Requirements shall be levied at the rate as may be specified in ‘Annexure-
damages 4: Safety Requirements’; and (ii) Human Resources and Industrial
Relations Requirements shall be levied at the rate as may be specified in
‘Annexure-IV: Human Resources and Industrial Relations Requirements’.

10. Defect Liability The Defect Liability Period shall be for a period of 12 months from the date Agreed
Period of Completion as per the Completion Schedule.
11. MSME Status The Contractor is registered as a [micro/small/medium] enterprise under Agreed and MSME certificate attached
the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 and the
rules and regulations made thereunder. The Contractor shall furnish
documentary evidence with respect to its status as a
[micro/small/medium] enterprise. [Retain as may be applicable]

mention ‘Not Applicable’.]

 Statutory Compliance 1% of RA Bill value shall be withheld for


labour statutory compliance and the same shall be released
against submission of PF challans proof on monthly or RA Bill basis.
 Safety norms compliance # 1% of RA Bill value shall be withheld
for Safety Evaluation and the same shall be released as per
obtained evaluation score on monthly or RA Bill basis.
 Material store facility shall be in the contractor's scope.
 FRP Ladder/Scaffolding shall be in the scope of contractor during
height works.
 Safety rules/LSSR/JSA/WP must be followed by the contractor and
ensure all the precautionary measures shall be taken duringthe
work.
 Drinking water shall be arranged by the contactor on his own.
 Safety Supervisor with Diploma in Safety required - 1 nos during
execution of work at site.
