1. Styles in a Document
Create a pamphlet on Cyber Awareness. Apply different styles on it (p-8)
2. Working with Images
Create a Poster on Health and Hygiene. (Add appropriate images and text)

3. Templates
Create your own template for any topic of your subject. (p-28)
4. Table of Contents
Create a document on the topic “Cyber Safety”. Add appropriate heading
styles to the document and create a table of contents for the same.
5. Mail Merge
Use Mail merge to send invitation to the parents for the Annual Day

Electronic Spreadsheet
1. Analysing Data ( Data Consolidation)
Prepare worksheet as given below and do as directed:

 Add two worksheets in the file and modify the data for all 3 quarters.
 Rename all worksheets like sheet1 – 2018, sheet2 – 2019 and sheet3 –
2020.
 Now add one more worksheet at the end and rename it as a consolidated
sheet.
 Now type the serial no and names as displayed, and use the sum function
to add data for 2018, 2019 and 2020 in respective cells using consolidation.

2. What-if Analysis (Goal Seek)


A student is planning her goals about the marks she should attain in the
forthcoming examinations in order to achieve 85% marks. Assuming that
examination of each subject is for 100 marks, her marks in English, II Lang,
Maths and Science are 76, 77, 87 and 91 respectively. Find out how many
marks should she obtain in Social Science to secure 85% as average

3. Linking Spreadsheet Data


Create a worksheet to store the theory marks of 5 students in Sheet1.
Rename the sheet as ‘Theory’. In the next worksheet enter the practical
marks of the same five students and rename the worksheet as ‘Practical’. In
sheet3, use cell reference (either mouse or keyboard) to calculate the total
Marks and rename the sheet as ‘Total’ as shown below

4. Track Changes in the Worksheet


A garment store wants to keep a track of the stock items it sells. The details of the
daily sales are stored in a worksheet named Sales Data. The manager of the store
wants to keep a track of all the changes. Use the Track Changes and Comments
feature of Calc to track all the changes made in the worksheet

 Enter the data given above in a worksheet.


 Make sure that the format of the worksheet is similar to the given worksheet.
 Enable the Track Changes option for the worksheet.
 Change the values of the cell C5 to 560, F6 to 350, and D10 to 1900
 Place the mouse cursor over the cells and observe the comments.
 Click on cell G3 in the worksheet and add a comment 'Best seller'.
