2) Job Profile:

Position: Client Advisor


Job Description: (Attached)
Key responsibilities include:

 Assisting in client engagement and coordinating site visits.


 Supporting the sales team with lead generation and nurturing.
 Addressing customer queries and managing objections.
 Gaining insights into real estate transactions and relationship management.
 Participating in on-site visits and presenting tailored property options to clients.

3) Minimum Qualifications:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Passion for sales and client relationship management.
 Knowledge of the real estate sector and locations is advantageous but not
mandatory.

4) Locations:
Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR, Mumbai

5) Work Schedule:
This is a 6-day working opportunity (Tuesday to Sunday), with Mondays off.

7) CTC Breakup: 5 Lpa ( Fixed ) + 3 Lpa ( Variable )
