action. If there is any default / over dues, penal interest should be charged as per our existing guidelines. Besides
enhancement of loans /advances shall not be permitted even against approved securities so long as the irregularity
continues
4. Recovery of outstanding liability under this DPN with up-to-date interest on account of cessation from service for
‘any reason out of terminal benefits shall have priority over other outstanding loans/advances in the name of the
employee other than statutory deductions.
5. An undertaking letter to clear the entire liability with up to date interest within 10 years or superannuation
