Skate Ball Association Rajkot and Roll Ball Association Rajkot are organizing The National Roller Skating Championship 2012 from 3rd to 6th May, 2012 at Rajkot, Gujarat. We invite you and your State Officials to come and grace this event and hope for active participation of your state teams in this event. The deadline for submitting the forms and fees has been extended to 25th March, 2012. Please read the attached documents for further information regarding this vibrant event and find our mailing address below. We do not accept the entry forms via email, please mail them to us.

To All Members, All State Roller Skating Associations, Sub: National Roller Skating Championship 2012 Dear Sir or Madam, Skate Ball Association Rajkot & Roll Ball Association Rajkot have organized "The Roller Skating National Championship 2012" from May 3 rd - 6th in Rajkot, Gujarat. All the matches will be on "League-cum-knock-out System" basis. The teams emerging winners shall be awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. You are cordially invited to grace this vibrant event with your participation. These age groups will be strictly enforced for each participants. No exceptions! Age Groups for Speed: Under-4 (2008 born and after), 4-6 (2006 born and after), 6-8 (2004 born and after), 8-10 (2002 born and after), 10-12 (2000 born and after), 12-14 (1998 born and after) Age Groups for Relay: Under-8 (2004 born and after), Under-11 (2001 born and after), Under-14 (1998 born and after) Age Groups for Roller Cricket, Roll ball, Skate boll: Under-11 (2001 born and after), Under-14 (1998 born and after) _______________________________________________________________________________ Accommodation Charges: Rs. 400 per head per day. Includes lodging and two-complete meals: lunch and dinner. Entry Fees (For the event) : Rs. 1200 per team. Registration Fees: Rs. 50 per player, which will have to be paid along with completely filled Registration forms (inclusive of all required attestations, mentioned in the form). It should reach us latest by 25th March 2012. Late submissions and incomplete forms (in any respect) shall not be considered. _______________________________________________________________________________ Reporting time: :5:00pm on 3rd May, 2012. All teams must be in their uniforms and bring their flag and banner. Team Managers, Coaches, Officials have a meeting at 7:00pm on 3 rd May, 2012, where the official General Body election and Technical Exam are to be held. The meeting is scheduled to get over by 10pm. Opening Ceremony: 9:00 am, 4th May, 2012 Prize Distribution: 5:00 pm - 8:000pm 6th May, 2012.
