Class V To XII {Except class –XI} P-1 Examination , 2025-26

Dear Parents / Guardians ,
This is to inform you that this time during P1 examination , we are conducting examination of
maximum two subjects in one day for the academic improvement of the children. As the marks for each
subject is only 20, so we can conduct the examination in less time and students will be dispersed early (
CLASS V to X & XII DISPERSAL TIME AT 10:30 A.M.). Due to early dispersal, students are getting
extra time for the preparation of the examination held on next day . The P-1 Examination ( Class V to X
th
and XII ) is going to commence from 16 June, 2025 and continue up to 19th June, 2025. Each day ,
examination of maximum two subjects will be held in two halves (1st Half & 2ndHalf ) for the class of
V to XII (Except – XI , class XI will follow regular class routine up to 6th period and dispersal time for
class XI at 12:30 p.m.), as per the schedule provided below. The cross sign (" ×× ") in the examination
schedule indicates that there will be no examination on those days and considered those days as
STUDY LEAVE . The sign of CIRCLED ASTERISK OPERATOR (⊛⊛) indicates that the FIVE classes
will be held after the completion of the examination for the classes V , VI , VII , VIII & XII
(SCIENCE + COMMERCE) from 9:20 A.M. – 1:30 P.M. on 19/06/2025 and THREE classes will
be held from 10:40 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. for the classes IX , X and XII(ARTS) on the same day
(19/06/2025).
1) The time schedule of school has been given below as per classes during examination
FROM 16/06/2025 to 18/06/2025.
A) Class V to XII(Except Class- XI) :- School Timing ; 7:30 A.M.–10:30 A.M.
B) Class XI School Timing :- 7:30 [Link] 12:30 P.M. and six classes will be held as
per regular class routine .
C) Buses will leave from school at 10:45 A.M.
2) Classes from V to XII (Including Class- XI ) regular Class routine will be
followed from 19/06/2025 (THURSDAY) onwards ; School Timing: -7:30 A.M. –
1:30 P.M.
3) School Transport Schedule During P-1 Examination:---------
Pick up time for the students of class V to XII (Including Class - XI ) will remain same (
around at 7:30 A.M.) according to your corresponding bus stop and Drop-off time for the
students of class V to XII (Excluding Class –XI ) will be tentatively THREE hours before (at
10:30 A.M.) the actual transport schedule time (actual time at – 01:30 P.M.) according to
your corresponding bus stop for first three days of examination ( 16 to 18 June , 2025) and
the dispersal timing will be 1:30 P.M. from 19/06/2025 onwards .
4) CROSS SIGN (" ×× ") WILL BE TREATED AS STUDY LEAVE. THERE ARE NO EXAM ON THOSE DAYS FOR
THE RESPECTIVE CLASSES ( IX & X).
5) School will provides transport facility for the transport students of class – XI during P-1
examination (from 16/06/25 to 18/06/25, School time/ Pick up time at 7:30 A.M. and
Dispersal time/Drop-off time at 12:30P.M.)
6) Date sheet for P-1(I to X & XII) 2025 has been given here with
