EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
Dear Parent
In an attempt to ensure the smooth conduct of upcoming examination, the following instructions need to be
adhered to by the students with utmost sincerity:
1. Students should reach the school on time (7:50 am). No student will be allowed to enter the school premises
after 8:00 am whatsoever may be the reason.
2. Students should report directly to the respective Exam Rooms allotted to them as per the intimated Seating Plan.
They should be seated by 8:00 am.
TIME SCHEDULE:
Distribution of Answer Sheet: 8:20 am
Reading Time: 8:25 am to 8:40 am
Writing Time: 8:40 am to 11:40 am
3. They should be in proper school uniform and carry their School ID Card.
4. Students should carry the stationery in TRANSPARENT POUCH only.
5. Only TRANSPARENT WRITING BOARDS will be allowed for use in exam.
6. Students should not write anything on the Question Paper except their name and roll number. Writing
anything else on the Question Paper will be treated as UNFAIR MEANS and may lead to CANCELLATION
OF PAPER.
7. Students can be physically searched by the Invigilators / other teachers before or during the examination at any
time.
8. They should refrain from resorting to any unfair means. If found guilty of any unfair means, action as deemed
fit may be taken.
9. Students are STRICTLY PROHIBITED to carry the following items:
a. Smart Watch / Digital Watch / Health Band
b. Mobile Phones / Electronic Gadgets
c. Books / Notebooks / any other study or copying material
10. Possession or use of any Barred Item (mentioned in point 9 above) will be treated under UNFAIR MEANS
RESULTING IN CANCELLATION OF THE PAPER. NO RE-EXAM SHALL BE HELD FOR SUCH
CASES.
11. If a student is unable to attend any examination due to illness or unavoidable urgency, he / she must inform the
class teacher well before the start of the exam.
Important Note:
a. Incase of illness or personal emergency to a student, it is suggested that the student may not appear
for the examination. In such case, it is mandatory for the parent to inform the Class Teacher regarding
their ward’s absence before the commencement of the exam.
b. If a student appears for the examination despite being unwell, marks will be awarded based on that
attempt. No second opportunity will be provided and the marks obtained in that attempt will be
considered final.
c. Sickness will not be taken as a ground for re-evaluation or re-appearance after attempt of
examination.
