Directions for DDE Zone & HOS


1. Class X & XII
● Question Papers for subjects mentioned in the given Date Sheet will be provided by DDE Zone–3, Dr.
Rajpal Singh.
● Remaining subjects (if any) will be prepared by the concerned HOS and a copy of the paper must be
sent to their respective Zone.
2. Class XI & XII (Other Subjects)
● All papers (except those provided by DDE Zone–3) will be prepared by the concerned HOS.
● One copy of each paper must be submitted to their respective Zone for record.
3. Class VI to IX
● All papers will be prepared by the HOS.
● A copy of each paper must be submitted to their respective Zone.
4. General Instructions
● Duration of Examination: 90 minutes
● Maximum Marks: 40/35 (as per CBSE guidelines)
● Timings: Exams will be conducted only during the first three periods.
Note for HOS:
● Ensure confidentiality of papers prepared at school level.
● Submit a copy of each question paper to your respective Zone in advance.
● Follow CBSE guidelines for maximum marks and paper pattern.
