DAY-01:: HARIDWAR- BARKOT (180 KMS. / 07 HRS. DRIVE)
Pick you up from Haridwar drive to Barkot via , Mussoorie, and en-route visit Kempty
fall. Later continue drive to Barkot. On arrival Barkot Check In at Hotel, Overnight stay
at hotel.

DAY-02:: BARKOT - YAMUNOTRI - BARKOT (42 KMS. DRIVE + 06 KMS. TREK PER
WAY)
Morning leave for Janki Chatti via Hanuman Chatti, On arrival Janki Chatti start the Trek
of 06 Kms. for Yamunotri, (you have option to book on the spot Pony or Palki at
Govt. Booking counter) on reaching Yamunotri take a Holi Dip in Garam Kund, than
perform Pooja and Darshan of Yamunotri Ji, after Darshan and Pooja at Temple start the
trek down to Janki Chatti, at Janki Chatti meet with the driver and start drive back to
Barkot, Overnight stay at Hotel.

HANUMAN CHATTI : The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & Yamuna River.


YAMUNOTRI TEMPLE : Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century.
It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.
SURYA KUND : There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple,
which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
DIVYA SHILA : A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

DAY-03:: BARKOT - UTTARKASHI (82 KMS. / 04 HRS. DRIVE)


Morning leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 82 Kms. En-route visit Prakateshwar Cave,
continue drives towards Uttarkashi, on arrival Uttarkashi check in at the hotel in
Uttarkashi, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

UTTARKASHI: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The Temple of Vishwanath is


located here where a massive iron trident is erected.

DAY-04:: UTTARKASHI - GANGOTRI – UTTARKASHI (100 KMS. DRIVE PER WAY)


Early morning drive to Gangotri via Harsil, when in Harsil catch some beautiful Pictures
of Mountains, later continue drives towards Gangotri, on arrival take a holy dip in the
sacred River Ganga, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja after that and
relax for some time in the lovely surroundings, afternoon drive to back to Uttarkashi,
Overnight stay at Hotel.

GANGOTRI 18th century Temple constructed by Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa, is
near the spot where the goddess Ganga is said to have first descended on earth from
heaven, in answer to the prayers of King Bhagriath. The revered shrine of Gangotri,
situated at an altitude of 3,200 mts. about sea-level amidst sylvan surroundings,
constitutes one of the most important pilgrimages for the devout Hindu. God Shiva
received her into his matted locks to break the great force of her fall. From there it
emerged into many streams and the one which started from Gangotri was called
Bhagirathi. The Pandavas, it is said, came here to perform the great 'Deva Yajna' to
atone for the death of their kinsmen in the epic battle of Mahabharat. The temple itself
is situated on the right bank of the Bhagtathi .

DAY-05:: UTTARKASHI - PHATA (223 KMS. / 09 HRS. DRIVE)
Morning drive to Phata via Tilwara ,Augustmuni in gutpkashi visit- visit Shri Vishwnath
Temple and Ardh Narishwar Templeon reaching Phata Check In at hotel. Dinner and
overnight stay at the hotel.

GUPTAKASHI: is located in the Northern Himalayan belt within the Mandakini river
valley, which has lush green forests. A number of streams and rivulets drain into the
main Mandakini River. It has salubrious climate with its elevation being around 1,319
meters (4,330 ft). The snow sparkling view of the Chaukhamba peak is a lovely sight to
behold in the morning hours from here. The valley has large magnolia trees (locally
called Champa) that provide a sweet scented atmosphere to the place.

DAY-06:: PHATA – SONPRAYAG – KEDARNATH (27 KMS. DRIVE + 19 KMS. TREK)


Morning drive towards Sonprayag, on reaching Sonpryag start the trek towards
Kedarnath, (you have option to book on the spot Pony or Palki at Govt. Booking
counter) via Gaurikund, Bheembali, Garuechati, on reaching Kedarnath check in at
Guest House, and later Darshan of Kedarnath Temple, Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

KEDARNATH : is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded


by lofty snow covered peaks. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi
Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas.
The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and
scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands
as guard.

DAY-07:: KEDARNATH – SONPRAYAG – PHATA (19 KMS. TREK + 70 KMS. DRIVE)

Early Morning Pooja and darshan at the Temple, after Pooja and Darshan start trek
down to Sonprayag, on reaching Sonprayag meet to driver, and start drive towards
Guptkashi upon arrival Guptkashi check in at hotel, Overnight stay at Hotel.

DAY-08::PHATA – PIPALKOTI/JOSHIMATH (160 KMS. / 06 HRS. DRIVE)

Post breakfast drive to Joshimath via Chamoli on arrival check in at the hotel . Dinner
and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY-09::PIPALKOTI/JOSHIMATH -BADRINATH - PIPALKOTI/JOSHIMATH (80
KMS. / 04 HRS. DRIVE BOTH WAY)

Early Morning drive to Badrinath via govindghat ,Vishnuprayag on arrival at Badrinath


see the beauty of the majestic Neel Khant peak. After taking bath at Tapt Kund (hot
water spring ) take holy Darshan of the Badrinath Temple. Then drive to Joshimath
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

TAPT KUND : Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is
customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.
NARAD KUND : A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the
Badrinath idol was recovered.
MATA MURTY TEMPLE : Devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. Other important
temples include Sesh Netra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka.
MANA VILLAGE : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village
before Tibet.
BHIM PUL : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge
lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering
down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed
there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
VYAS GUFA (CAVE): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed
to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
KESHAV PRAYAG: the confluence of Alaknanda and Saraswati River at Mana Village.

DAY-10::PIPALKOTI/JOSHIMATH –HARIDWAR- (302KMS. / 09 HRS. DRIVE)


Morning at drive to Haridwar the way visit Dhari Devi Temple in Kaliyasour, En-route
visits the Confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda River which is called Devprayag.
Then drop at Haridwar.

RISHIKESH : 24 Kms. from Hardwar. Located in the laps of lower Himalayas, and is
surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills on three sides with Holy Ganga flowing through
it. The whole place is considered to be sacred as it is believed that meditation at this
place leads to attainment of salvation. There are many temples-some ancient, some new
along the river Ganges. Rishikesh is important not only as pilgrimage centre closely
associated with the Ramayana, but also as home for many important centers of Hindu
religious thought and spirituality, and as a very great Yoga Centre. There are a great
many ashrams and Yoga institutes here. Rishikesh is also the gateway and the start-off
point for journeys to important religious places like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and
Yamunotri.

1) The infrastructure of these areas is not very well developed now and you should not
expect or compare it with the other developed destinations there is always shortage of

water and power in this region and so you would come across situation like water
supplied on time basis – morning to evening.
2) In this region all the hotels don’t have any Generator facility, if the power failure
hotel will provide candle light.
3) Driving is not allowed after 07 P.M. in Char Dham Sector.
4) All travellers Registration is Mandatory for Yatra.
5) Accommodation in Char Dham Sector is basic but Neat & Clean.
6) Hotel booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking, in case above
hotel will sold out we will provide similar hotel in destination or nearby Destination.

P.S.: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances
like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only until
and unless specified along with quotation.
 The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations
either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the
guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process
the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable
to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the
guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made
either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are

delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our
Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before
the departure of the group.

 Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in
the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms
shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to
paid the differences.

 Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation


only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of
issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the
cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
 Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing
and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on
requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
 In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is
on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
 100% payment is to be made on arrival.
 Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of
International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the
airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity
proof so please don’t carry that with you.
 The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM
and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the
no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on
the day of arrival.
 Similar hotel will be given in case of non availability and operator is
authorized to change the hotel if required.
 Tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required. ∙
Violation of company’s policy or misbehave with any of the company’s staff
will lead to cancelation of the package with no refund.
 For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly
by the guest at the hotel.
 In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or
any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
 Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All
the email conversations will be also part of your contract with us once
you make the booking. ∙ Please take care of the belongings before leaving
the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
 As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign
Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon
check in. Valid dentifications documents are: Passport & Visa together,

a photograph.
 Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id
proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof
related issues.
 For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra
bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of
extra mattress. ∙ It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake
the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any
serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
 Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in
advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
 Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs
across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if
not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want
complimentary early check in or late check out.
 Many hotels charge extra for room heater or wifi. Normal package does
not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels.
 If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a
buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal
Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption.
Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels
having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low
occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel
management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra
amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the
food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
 Due to any reason if Vehicle breaks down due to technical reasons we will
try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major
problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will
be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
 We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program
or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight
cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness,
landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such
incidents.
 AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
 Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive
on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working
hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a
day kindly inform us in advance.

 In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed
due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
 Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop
please mention email conversation before booking)
 In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention
in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
 Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended
route and tour Destination rates may be change)
 The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of
diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than
the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are
confirmed earlier.
 We reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is
unavailable. ∙ At many of the tourist destination / hill station some of the
road / shopping market / mall road have “NO ENTRY” for all / some
bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time
restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another
available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct
payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
 Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots.
Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
