Service Guide for International Exhibits Transportation of the 110th Session of China Import and Export Fair

Dear Exhibitors,
Welcome to the 110th session of China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as Canton Fair). The International Pavilion is in Exhibition Hall 9.3 and 10.3 of Canton Fair Complex from October 15th-19th 2011, and in Exhibition Hall 11.2 of Canton Fair Complex from October 31st-November 4th, 2011. In order to standardize order and provide conveniences, the Service Guide for International Exhibit Transportation of the 110th Session of China Import and Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as Transportation Service Guide) is specially tailored for Exhibitors of the International Pavilion. The following 3 international transporters (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibit Transporters for the International Pavilion) have been recommended by the Fair They are: BONDEX LOGISTICS CO., LTD., BALtrans International Cargo Ltd Guangzhou Branch. Agility Fairs & Events Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd Guangzhou Branch. Business scope of those transporters shall include domestic and overseas exhibit transportation, customs clearance, quarantine and inspection and on-site portage of exhibits in the exhibition halls for the International Pavilion According to the requirements of China Customs, closed management is implemented in International Pavilion of the Canton Fair. The organizer of the Canton Fair shall spare no efforts to cooperate with the China Customs and Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to supervise, coordinate and organize all services provided by Exhibit Transporters of the International Pavilion. During the period of move-in, booth construction and dismantling, you are required to pick up one of the above mentioned 3 Exhibit Transporters of the International Pavilion to handle exhibit portage services within the Canton Fair Complex. This Transportation Service Guide will assist you to better understand the exhibit transportation processes of the International Pavilion of the Canton Fair Complex. You are suggested to carefully peruse this

guide and cooperate with us in the light of the regulations stipulated therein to facilitate a safe, on time and smooth participation to the Fair. The time mentioned in this guide will be Beijing local time except otherwise specified. China Foreign Trade Center (Group), the organizer of the Fair, shall retain full power of interpretation of this service guide.

All exhibitors of the International Pavilion are required to choose and contact with (details as follows) one of the following 3 Exhibit Transporters for the International Pavilion as per their exhibit type and service patterns and feedback relevant information to the chosen transporter so as to enable the latter to prepare a thorough, reasonable and safe logistic transportation program. Notes: 1-1 According to regulations stipulated by the China Customs and Entry-Exit Quarantine and Inspection Bureau, all import exhibits for the Fair shall be customs cleared and inspected at the Guangzhou Port. Customs transferring procedures shall accordingly be accomplished in the entry port in case that the exhibits are not imported from Guangzhou Port. 1-2 Local exhibitors from Hong Kong shall directly contact the Hong Kong branch of the transporters; the transporters shall provide a thorough door-to-door logistic service. 1-3 Exhibitors from other countries or regions shall contact directly with the Guangzhou headquarters of any of the transporters. The transporters shall provide a thorough door-to-door logistic service. 1-4 Upon choosing a thorough door-to-door logistic service provided by recommended transporter, you shall fill in the form Entrust Freight Service Letter Of International Exhibits For the International Pavilion of the 110th Session of Canton Fair (Appendix) and submit to your transporter who would therefore carry out relevant customs clearance and quarantine inspection procedures with concerned authorities. 1-5 Given you arrange the full process of transportation, the Exhibit Transporters for the International Pavilion are ready to provide exit-entry customs clearance service for the exhibits followed the pre-registry for relevant procedure, The Services include either customs clearance, storage and exhibits portage during the Fair or only storage and exhibits portage when it comes to the exhibits are customs-cleared by the means of General Trade with the due deduction of customs duties in accordance with the relevant regulation. 1-5-1 For those exhibits entering into China Customs by express, the receiver shall be referred to one of the Transporters bearing a note of Exhibits of the International Pavilion of the 110th Session of the Canton Fair on the cover. Along with carries, be aware of the relevant regulation stipulated by China Customs. For those exhibits which exceed the scope of self-use materials in the light of customs, regular customs

clearance procedures should be conducted for entry. The Exhibit Transporters for the International Pavilion are ready to assist you on relevant fronts only when the service is pre-booked. 1-5-2 ATA CERTIFICATE might be use to facilitate the customs clearance. And the relevant entrusted service or pre-booking procedures are welcome to rely on those transporters if necessary. 1-6 During the booth construction time, for those exhibits entering into the customs in different ways, the Exhibits List for the International Pavilion of the 110th Session of China Import and Export Fair(Appendix) should be forwarded to the competent department in the International Pavilion by their corresponding exhibitor recruitment agents for the purpose of collecting exhibits information as well as the exhibits discharging; for those exhibits handled by other transporters than the recommended ones including along with carriers, the duplicate of the list as mentioned-above should be submitted to the exhibitor recruitment agent for the entry-exit procedures; for those exhibits fail to be executed as above, on-site security staff are entitled to refrain them from entering into the International Pavilion. 1-7 For those exhibitors and enterprises from Taiwan territory after being approved, please fill in the memorandum for Taiwan compatriots to exhibit in the mainland in the light of China Customs and entrust the exhibitor recruitment agent to submit the documents to the competent department in the Fair to apply for the entry into China Mainland. And One-Stop exhibit transportation service would not be provided without those documents delivered upon.

2. Transportation Options for exhibits of the International Pavilion


*Following transportation options are available for exhibits of the International Pavilion: 2-1 Direct sea freight in full container from overseas to Guangzhou Port 2-2 Direct air freight from overseas to Guangzhou Airport 2-3 Direct sea freight in full container from overseas to Hong Kong port and afterwards inland transportation to Canton Fair Complex 2-4 Direct sea freight in consolidate container from overseas to Hong Kong port and afterwards inland transportation to Canton Fair Complex 2-5 Direct air freight from overseas to Hong Kong and afterwards inland transportation to Canton Fair Complex 2-6 Collection of Exhibits of Hong Kong exhibitors in local warehouse and afterwards inland transportation to Canton Fair Complex. * Try to avoid following means of transportation. Advance application is required in case of employing such means so as to prevent any kinds of delay in participating exhibition.

Notes: The exhibitors, according to import means of different exhibits, shall submit the above documents to their entrusted transporter before entering China, with a view to handling the relevant customs clearance procedures. The exhibit transporters of the International Pavilion shall be ready to provide relevant remedial services in case that import exhibits are not cleared in due time due to delay or insufficient submission of relevance documents, but shall bear no responsibility for any delay in participating exhibition.

5. Preparation of transportation documents for international exhibits


International transportation clause for all international exhibits should be of Freight Prepaid 5-1 In case that import exhibits are to be transported to Guangzhou Port or Guangzhou Airport, the relevant ocean bill of lading or master airway bill shall be filled in as per following samples. 6 Preparation of outer-packing/marks/label for import exhibits and Packing requirements


6-1 Clearly labeled marks should be affixed on the outer-packing of all import exhibits for easy identification and work convenience. *Labels include: company name of exhibitor, booth No., quantity of individual exhibits, total quantity of exhibits. 6-2 Lifting position must be marked on top, front and rear of outer-packing for individual exhibit with a weight of over 1000 kg. 6-3 Signs of fragile and up must be marked on top, front and rear of outer-packing for fragile or up-right

exhibit. 6-4 All marks or labels above-mentioned should be in strict compliance with relevant international transportation marking and sign criterion. 6-5 Packing for exhibits should be of water-proof and shock-proof materials and firmed enough to stand long-distance haulage, multiple loading and unloading, dismantling, shaking, multiple air exposures. 6-6 Unless being confirmed by the exhibitors, the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall be entitled to refuse to accept exhibits from exhibitors or terminate enforced services for exhibits with damaged outer packing. 6-7 Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall not guarantee good conditions of the exhibits even they are of perfect outer packing. 6-8 Exhibitors shall take into consideration the possibility of debased efficiency of outer packing and packing materials due to multiple usages. Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall not be responsible for any consequences arisen therefrom and exhibit transporter of International Pavilion provides chargeable re-pack services in case that the exhibitors apply in advance.

7Warranty for temporary import of exhibits


All exhibits of the Fair shall be exempted from duty guarantee. However, all exhibitors are required to strictly comply with the Chinese custom regulations to carry out relevant supervision work for the import exhibits since the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion have provided warranty for those exhibits in responding to security demands from the custom.

8. Forbidden Exhibits
8-1 Following exhibits are control articles in import and export according to China Customs and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China. 8-1-1 China prohibits the following articles from entering the country Pathogenic micro-organisms (including seed cultures of bacteria and viruses) of animals and plants, insect pests and other harmful organisms; Relevant animals and plants, their products and other quarantine objects from countries or regions with prevalent epidemic animal or plant diseases; Animal carcasses; Soil; Weapons, simulation of weapons, ammunition and explosives;

Counterfeit currencies and counterfeit securities; Political, economic, cultural and moral harmful publications, films, photographs, recordings, films, tapes, videos, laser video disks, computer storage media and other items; Various potent poisons Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana, other drug addiction, and psychotropic drug. 8-1-2 China prohibits the following articles from entering the country Plants and produce of plantsmaize, soybean seeds, potato tuber and its breed materials, Elm seeds and seed piece, pine seeds and scion, rubber seeds, tobacco breeding materials, tobacco leaf, wheat (commodity), fruits, eggplant vegetations such as eggplant, pepper and tomato, plant causative agent ( seeds of bacterium and virus), insects, harmful organism and other trans-genetic biological substance, soil. Animalschicken, duck, golden pheasantowl, dove, quail, bird, rabbit, rattus norvegicus, mice, cavy, squirrel, chipmunk, frog, snake, lizard, crocodile, earthworm, snail, fish, shrimp, crab, monkey, pangolin, lynx, bee, silkworm and so forth. Animal produces: semen, embryo, germ cell, silkworm cell, fresh, preserved ham, sausage, ham, salt meat, bacon, egg, aquatic produces, fresh milk, milk powder, leather, feather, coffin bone, blood, blood powder, grease, viscera and so forth. Other quarantines: bacterium seeds, virus seeds, insect seeds, cell, serum, animal specimen, animal carcase, animal castoff, and produce may be contaminated by pathogeny. Blood produces, disposed items and other articles which are strictly prohibited by the country. Notes: If an Animal and Plant Quarantine Office discovers any articles prohibited from entering the country as prescribed in the preceding paragraph, such articles shall be returned or destroyed. 8-1-3 China prohibits the following articles from leaving the country: All articles enumerated as articles prohibited from entering China. Manuscripts, publications, films, photographs, gramophone recordings, cinematographic films, loaded recording tapes and video tapes, compact discs (video or audio), Computer storage media and other articles which involve state secretes. Valuable cultural relics and other relics prohibited from exportation. Endangered and rare animals, plants (including their specimens) and their seeds or reproducing material. 8-2 International Exhibits shall be manufactured or processed outside mainland China (products that can apply for the Certificate of Origin of mainland China cannot be exhibits)

Requirements for wooden packing case and materials for import exhibits
According to relevant regulations of P.R. China, outer-packing materials of the import exhibits shall not be of worn or worm-corroded wooden cases. Outer and inner sides of all cases shall be free from tree barks. Used cartons are prohibited.

Exhibits of machine tool should be packed with thick wooden panels fixed by bolts and nuts. Iron nail fixing should be avoided.

The Chinese quarantine inspection authority strictly require that all wooden packing exhibits from any countries and regions must be insect and disease exterminated.

Exemptions include wooden packing materials of manual compound or processed through heating and presses (e.g. veneer, flakeboard, fibreboard, saw bits, wood-wool, paring etc. and wooden materials of thickness less than 6 mm ).

All import wooden packing materials should be treated by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB) fumigation at the origin, and put the Mark of IPPC on two opposite sides of the wooden packing material. The Mark should contain the valid symbol approved by IPPC, country code, unique number of producer / treatment designated by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of exporting countries and treatment methods (HT, MB).

In case that the wooden packing material shall be without the approved mark or with approved mark but intercepts the live harmful pest, then the cargoes will be disposed or returned to the origin. The exhibitors shall be responsible for all consequences arisen therefrom. Sample of Marking

10. Move-in and Move-out of International Exhibits to International Pavilion at Canton Fair Complex
10-1 In accordance with relevant regulations and rules stipulated by the China customs and quarantine

inspection authority, Hall 9.3-10.3 for Phaseand Hall 11.2 for Phase in Canton Fair Complex of the Fair shall be treated as an import exhibit supervision area where all exhibits shall be subject to closed management. Apart from the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion which have the qualification of customs declaration and inspection and have been recorded in the related administrative departments, other unauthorized transporters logistic agent are not allowed to provide services in the related exhibition sections. When choosing one of the exhibit transporters of

International Pavilion, you can enjoy relevant services regarding exhibits provided by the transporter. The Service Center established by the Canton Fair in this pavilion shall provide you with relevant services and business consultations. 10-1-1 Thereinto, when consigning other transporter, exhibitor shall get in contact with exhibit transporters of International Pavilion before the end of Period of Stand Construction for Phase of the fair (12:00, Oct 14) or the end of period of Stand Construction for Phase of the fair (12:00, Oct 31) , provide relevant letter of authorization for record under the request of the fair, and finish the portage procedures on the scene for exhibits entry into the exhibition section. Providing exhibition participation is affected by inability to complete relevant procedures, all the losses and liability shall be borne by the exhibitor himself.

Exhibitors can only show exhibits within their stands stipulated in the Participation Agreement or exhibits with written approval from the fair, and keep the following documents or submit them to the fair for examination:

10-2-1 Submit the copy of the Certificate of Origin for exhibits produced outside Chinese mainland, and keep the original document for examination on the scene; 10-2-2 Submit the copy of the Certificate of Goods Clearance, and keep the original document of the Certificate of Goods Clearance or ATA Carnet for examination on the scene; 10-2-3 Submit the copy of the Certificate of Customs Declaration as general trade and Certificate of Taxation, and keep the original document for examination on the scene; 10-2-4 Submit the copy of the Certificate of Customs Transfer from non-Guangzhou Port, and keep the original document for examination on the scene. 10-2-5 Submit the List of Exhibits of the International Pavilion of the 110th session of the Canton Fair. This

list is the necessary document for move-in and move-out for the exhibits, please fill in clearly and keep the copy for examination. 10-2-6 In case that exhibits involved in intellectual property rights such as trademark, patent, copyright and quality certificate, Reference List for Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Quality Certificate and copy of Certificate of Legal Rights of Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Quality Certificate shall be submitted. In case weight of single piece of your exhibit is over 1000 kg, please provide the exhibition booth plan (appendix) to exhibit transporter of International Pavilion and illuminate the position to place the exhibits. Extra fees shall be charged if the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion is required to provide on-site service.

In case size of single piece of your exhibit is like or larger than any of the dimensions hereinafter specified (i.e. 5 meters length, 2 meters width, 2 meters height), please provide the exhibition booth plan (appendix) to your transporter and illuminate the position where the exhibit to be placed. Extra fees shall be charged if the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion is required to position the exhibit on-site.

10-5 Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall deliver the exhibit to the specified booth in accordance with your information and instructions and assist to open case and re-pack it in exhibitions dismantling time. You are therefore required to assign person to specially supervise all process i.e. positioning, case opening and re-packing. Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall not open the case in case no person is designated from the client. 10-6 During the course of delivery and acceptance of international exhibits at booth, distribution and acceptance of packing cases and materials, as well as extra logistic services, exhibit transporter of

International Pavilion shall assign staff to conduct signature and collection of relevant documentations at site with you. You are kindly requested to sign on all documents and keep the copies for future inspection. 10-7 In accordance with relevant regulations and rules stipulated by the China customs and quarantine inspection authority, you are not allowed to take away any exhibits from the international pavilion of Canton Fair Complex before the opening ceremony, during the course of exhibition and closure of the Fair without permission from relevant authorities. Such conducts shall deem to be violating relevant Chinese laws and regulations. And, the exhibitors shall be liable for all consequences arisen herefrom. 10-7-1 All materials used for exhibition participation shall come with the Exhibit List of the International Pavilion of the 110th session of the Canton Fair reviewed and chopped by the Canton Fair and only this is inspected by the Canton Fair's On-site Security that the exhibits are allowed to be transferred away from the International Pavilion, except exhibition consumption items which proved tax-free by the customs. Please make sure to complete the Exhibit List of the International Pavilion of the 110th session of the Canton Fair in time and submit to your Exhibitor Recruitment Agent who will submit the List to by the Canton Fair .Please also request your General Exhibitor Recruitment Agent for a copy of the chopped List. You may also entrust one of the Exhibit Transporters of International Pavilion to complete all relevant procedure of the List. 10-8 Packing cases and packing materials of the exhibits shall be removed from the international pavilion and stored in other designated locations prior to the opening of the Fair. The exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall assign persons to collect those cases and materials before the opening and return them to your booth prior to stipulated close time of the Fair. 10-9 After the closure of the International Pavilion of this session, exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall make a concerted arrangement of the collection and storage of the exhibits in the International Pavilion, and go through relevant procedures with China Customs in accordance with the time and means you set in advance. Exhibitors can leave the International Pavilion of the Canton Fair Complex after consigning the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion to receive goods.

11.

Exhibits to be returned (including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and

Taiwan Region)
11-1 As for returned exhibits, you are required to contact Exhibit Transporter of International Pavilion to arrange the return transport of your exhibits as per your planned transportation programs. Once being

confirmed by the China Customs and quarantine inspection authority, such planned transportation program can be applied for alteration according to actual situation before declaration of commodities is cleared.

11-2 Relevant procedures such as custom clearance and verification of all returned exhibits shall be conducted by exhibit transporter of International Pavilion or you will otherwise be responsible for all consequences arisen therefrom. 11-3 Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall immediately notify you the confirmed information related to international transportation. 11-4 Since custom clearance and international transportation for returned exhibits will be a time consuming process, you shall notify the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion in case of an emergency so as to allow a timely provision of related services.

12. Import exhibits to be sold in China (given away included)


12-1 According to regulations of the China customs and quarantine inspection authorities, no temporary import exhibits shall be sold at site during the Fair. 12-2 In case you tend to sell out or give away your exhibits to any domestic Chinese enterprise or individual, you shall be required to contact exhibit transporter of International Pavilion to complete relevant procedures and transfer the exhibits from your exhibition stand to warehouse managed by China Customs as per time designed. Those exhibits shall only be collected by the Chinese receivers provided that the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion has completed the permanent import procedures for such exhibits. The service rate for sold exhibits shall be equal to the returned rate of those exhibits. You shall separately pay for all relevant duties, transportation fees and warehouse administrative fees arisen therefrom.

13. Exhibits to be distributed or consumed in the Fair (disposal mode included)


13-1 In case that you tend to distribute at site any product samples, printing materials such as product catalog, tiny gifts such as souvenirs, play or distribute video tapes or CDs, these articles must be declared and listed in the Declaration List of Temporary Import Exhibits. Samples of abovementioned exhibits shall be delivered to exhibit transporter of International Pavilion in duplicate as per time limit aforesaid

so as to get approval from the Chinese custom for further actions. You shall be responsible for all consequences may be caused by disapproval of the China Customs or late submission of such samples. 13-2 All import exhibits are under the catalog of temporary import articles approved by the China Customs. Tariff and VAT are to be paid for parts of those articles or big quantity of the consumables. You are therefore required to make relevant payment to China Customs in case your exhibits include consumables and distribution items (include all raw materials employed in your demonstration during the course of exhibition). The final total quantity of materials consumed shall be declared to the Chinese custom. 13-3 In case you tend to abandon any exhibits after the Fair, you are required to apply in advance to the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion for approval from the China Customs and deliver those items to the transporter to enable him to transfer the same to the Chinese custom for settlement. You shall not be allowed to deal with those items per se and shall responsible for all fees incurred therein.

14. Settlement for exhibits of products of animal and plants, food staff, alcohol, beverage and dangerous articles
14-1 Owing to the complicated and lengthy procedures for temporary import exhibits such as products of animals and plants, food staff, alcohol, beverage and dangerous articles, you are required to apply to exhibit transporter of International Pavilion for importing of such articles in at least 20 days advance. You are also required to separately apply for import license and quarantine inspection from the China Customs and Quarantine Inspection Bureau as per your import category. 14-2 In accordance with relevant regulations of entry and exit, tax reduction should no longer be applicable to alcoholic products, tobacco products, and fuel materials of any kind. China Customs put the above mentioned products of the International Pavilion of the 110th Canton Fair under inspection of temporary import commodities. Domestic marketed products will be treated as common import commodities, the exhibitor shall hence be requested to apply for import license from the China Customs. Accordingly, the applicant shall complete formal import procedures with the custom. 14-3 Please do not carry secretly those items with other import exhibits so as to avoid delay of exhibition caused by suspensions may imposed by the China customs, Inspection and Quarantine departments in China.

Entry-Exit settlement for take-with exhibits (including express mail)

No matter the international exhibits are taken in by the exhibitors personally or imported from other ports instead of Guangzhou port through any other means, you are required to complete relevant customs transference procedures at your entry custom.

Your take-with luggage shall be declared as personal luggage which must satisfy two conditions i.e. personal articles for use and of reasonable quantity, otherwise they shall be regarded by the Customs as import goods violating regulations .

You shall apply to exhibit transporter of International Pavilion in advance to enable him to prepare for relevant custom procedures in case your samples of exhibit are taken with you or delivered into the Chinese mainland by international express mail so as to avoid delay in exhibition.

Processes and service fees for entry and exit of those exhibits shall be the same as air way import.

16. Insurance for International Exhibits


16-1 You are suggested to insure your exhibits for all risks (including during the course of the Fair). You are also requested to bring copies of insurance policy to the Fair for inspection and claim purposes . 16-2 Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion is ready to carry out insurance services for import exhibits with certain charge. 16-3 You shall directly file claim against the relevant insurance company in case of loss or damage of your exhibits. 16-4 You are required to report to the service center of the Fair or Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion in case of any losses or damage of your exhibits within the Chinese mainland during the course of exhibition and notify the same to the custom. Nevertheless, relevant custom procedure and quarantine inspection fees or due tariff shall not be hence exempted. You therefore shall take good care of your exhibits to prevent such happenings.

Payment
All payment concerning forthcoming exhibits of Phase should be made prior to October 9, 2011 to the account number of relevant exhibit transporter of International Pavilion, and all payment concerning forthcoming exhibits of Phase should be made prior to October 25, 2011 to the account number of relevant exhibit transporter of International Pavilion.

All payment concerning returning exhibits of Phase should be made prior to October 15, 2011 to the account number of relevant exhibit transporter of International Pavilion. All payment concerning returning exhibits of Phase should be made prior to October 31, 2011 to the account number of relevant exhibit transporter of International Pavilion.

You are kindly required to settle all exhibit in the International Pavilion accounts prior to the deadline abovementioned. Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion shall be entitled to terminate all relevant services in failure of receiving your payments in due time. Exhibitors shall be responsible for all consequences arisen therefrom.

19. Remarks
19-1 In case that exhibitors cannot submit Exhibit List of the International Pavilion of the 110th session of the Canton Fair in due time, your exhibits and materials for stand construction can not be moved into the

International Pavilion. Only after relevant procedures have been completed can they be moved into the complex. Exhibitors shall be responsible for all the losses arisen therefrom. 19-2 In case that exhibits have been gone through customs transfer procedures regarding temporary import or gone through permanent import procedures as general trade, if exhibitors can not provide document of customs transfer regarding temporary import, Customs Declaration and Certificate of Taxation Payment for exhibit in the International Pavilion, your exhibits will be regarded as not meeting the participation requirement of exhibits from place other than origin, and will not be allowed to enter the International Pavilion, exhibitors shall be responsible for all the losses arisen therefrom. 19-3 Exhibitors shall not sell exhibits in the complex. As for Exhibits in the International Pavilion with approval from customs, inspection and quarantine departments to be sold in the complex, exhibitors shall show relevant documents. Otherwise your selling will be refrained. Under the circumstance of negligence of the advice, the fair will be sealed for further actions. Exhibitors shall be responsible for all the liability and fees arisen therefrom. 19-4 Exhibits with potential security risk and obviously violating regulations of entry -exit inspection and quarantine in China, which shall be disposed in accordance with the regulations, and exhibits verified to be suspected of infringing with IPR, shall be sealed for further actions. Exhibitors shall be responsible for all the liability and fee arisen therefrom. 19-5 Apart from Exhibit transporter of International Pavilion and exhibitors, others shall not be entitled to conduct such transporting services as carrying exhibits, collecting and distributing packing materials. Upon discovery, the fair shall confiscate his permit and get him out of the complex.

A service supervision system shall be established by the Canton Fair to supervise services of transportation, declaration, on-site portage, consultation provided by the exhibit transporter of International Pavilion.
