Executive Summary
Objective To provide quality live music performances, enhance the atmosphere of your venue , and align with the principle of profit maximization.
Our Roles Renowned Vocal Ensemble Viva! Voce is a prolific vocal performing group, aiming at promoting the Art of vocal ensemble to the general public.
Event Agency Viva! Voce has developed an extensive network with other schools, performing groups as well as private corporations, offering us with luxurious resources to arrange a variety of events upon the request of you.
Music Consultant Having trouble in deciding the contents of the event? Our past performing experience made us the expertise in providing you with tailor-made programs that satisfy the needs.
Service Summary
The proposed items and quotation are as below (All items are subjected to final confirmation). This quotation remains valid within 60 days.
Vocal Performance:
- 6 singers providing an A Cappella live performance/ with other listed items performing group/ upon request of customer - 60mins program (With MC) - Songs being sung would be those listed in Viva! Voce's suggested repertoire
Instrumental Performance:
- Vocal, Flute/ Saxophone, Double Bass/ Bass Guitar, Drums and Piano providing a live performance - 60mins program
String Quartet
Piano solo
- Live performance of 60mins program - Customers may decide on the music but have to provide the score if necessary
Orchestral Ensemble
- Live performance with 20 instrumental players from each of the instrument families - 30mins program

MMO

- Client performing a song at about 4mins, accompanied by Viva! Voce - 1 hour rehearsal - Vocal training is not included
Vocal Training
- Training to perform a song at about 4mins - 4 hours training (one hour per week)
- An interview is required.
- Client having vocal solo, accompanied by the ensemble - 2 hours rehearsal without vocal training

- Training to perform a piece of music at about 4mins - 15 hours training (one hour per week) - Tutors are music graduates majoring in chosen instruments

Minimum purchase
Prices listed are all presumed on a minimum purchase at the total amount of $2,5 00. Discount could be offered depending on the final purchase confirmation.
Payment Terms
50% of the total payment to be paid 14 days before the event; remaining 50% to be paid within 14 days after the event.
14 days' notice is required by either party. Cancellation of contract prior to t he end of initial term will require payment for minimum purchase due to the end of the con tract period or for 14 days, whichever is longer.
**Please be noted that this document should not be treated as a contract. A contract will be issued with an invoice upon final confirmation.

Introduction
Viva! Voce, founded in 2005, is known as a local performing and non-profit makin g organization. Being the first Champion of the Yip Wai Hong Cup in Hong Kong Youth Singing Festival (2005), Viva! Voce has been paying enormous efforts in promoting the Art of vocal ensemble. Also, with the continuous supports gained f rom the audiences, Viva! Voce strains to organize different varieties of musical act ivities, creating and providing each one of you a unique way to relax through the tough t ime. As a performing organization, Viva! Voce is fortunate enough to meet from everyw here some talented and highly-educated musicians who share the same mind and idea, creating opportunities to introduce the beauty of music through the performances . Having this vantage and uniqueness, Viva! Voce is always eager to provide a larg e diversification of music entertainment to Hong Kong.
Administration Team
Ricky Kwong (Founder, Chairman) is the founder of Viva! Voce. He is a Bachelor o f Music degree holder at University of Newcastle, Australia (Dual major in Conducting an d Percussion Performing). He had been studying Conducting with Dr. Ian Cook, Percussion with Steve Morton and Stephen Lee, Voice with Paul McMahon and Bastien Tai. Ricky obtained A.T.C.L. di ploma in Percussion in 2007. Ricky had been a member of the Hong Kong Children's Choir, C hamber Choir during 1998- 2004. He had been performing around cities in Western and Northern Europe, Canada, and China for overseas concerts. Ricky has been providing music education for ye ars, clients includes The Hong Kong Children s Choir, Bartholomew Music Educator s Consulting, Musicfriend ly, Shinemusic and numerous primary and secondary schools. He is now the Associate M usic Director of a music education consulting company, Musicfriendly, which is currently serving more than 60 schools in Hong Kong.
Gallant Chiu (Register, Music Director) is one of the founding members of Viva! Voce. He is a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Music graduate at Monash University, Aust ralia. He studied voice with Peter Mander, Robert Dawe and Bastien Tai; and piano with Asleigh Tob in, Kenji Fujiruma and Jenny Wong. Gallant obtained L.T.C.L. diploma with distinction in singing in 2009, and A.T.C.L. diplomas in singing and piano in 2007. Apart from vocal and piano studies, he ha s been receiving
tuition in trumpet and percussion. Gallant has been a member of the Hong Kong Ch ildren's Choir since the age of 6. He has performed in cities of Australia, Canada, and China and tou red around Europe for overseas concerts. He was the Choir Leader and Section Leader of the touring cho ir in 2003. Gallant is now furthering his studies in Hong Kong by taking the Postgraduate Diploma in Music Therapy at HKUSPACE (collaborated with the University of Melbourne, Australia).
Caleb Yuen (Register, Director of Project and Planning Department) joined Viva! Voce in 2005 and is currently the Director of Project and Planning Department. He joined the Hong Kong Children's Choir since the age of 8 and performed with the touring choir in Guan gzhou, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Caleb's teacher included Fong To (Cl arinet), Rebecca Tsui (Piano) and Ricky Kwong (Percussion). Caleb has high achievements in musica l training which he obtained ABRSM Grade 8 certificates in piano, clarinet, vocal and percussion. In 2006, he gained A.T.C.L. diploma in clarinet. Caleb is also a passionate musician who involves i n various musical groups in Ying Wa College. He was the principal clarinetist of the college orche stra, as well as the leader of the college band, choir and madrigal ensemble. Caleb is now an accompa nist of the Hong Kong Children's Choir and several music centres.
Bonnie Chan has been a member with Viva! Voce since 2007 and is currently the De velopment Manager of the organization. She has been receiving choral training in the Hong Kong Children's Choir since 2001, and had performed with the choir in Tianjin International Children's Culture & Art Festival in 2006. She was the Choir Leader of the School Choir and the Secretary of the C atholic Choir during her study at St. Paul's Convent School in 2007-2008. Bonnie obtained Trinity Gra de 8 Vocal and ABRSM Theory certificates in 2008. At present, Bonnie holds the Presidency of th e vocal ensemble Streetz .
Stefanie Chan joined the Hong Kong Children's Choir at the age of 9. Stefanie ha d been traveling to cities in China, Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom with the choir fo r overseas performances. During her study in The Chinese Foundation Secondary School in 200 6, she held the position of Choir Master and Chairlady of the music society. At present, she is the Promotion Manager in Viva! Voce.
