    Business Problems

    In Enteg currently the company employee status are maintained with the manpower sheet as a excel format. That is maintained by the company PMO. Currently PPGM / Stock holder sends request from different locations to PMO in order to see the report available on the manpower sheet, responding to it PMO refer the sheet and reply the status of employee. As it ends with more email transformation and takes time, it slowing the business.

    Solution Approach

    This system can be migrated into SAP. Where PMO should act like the admin for the Manpower sheet and PPGM / Stock holders can read reports and send request to block the employee.

    Purpose

    The system helps in reducing the manual effort of PMO on reporting the status of employee to PPGM / Stock holders.
    Process Explanation (to-be)

    PPGM can view report through SAP from portal and send request to PMO for blocking specific employee. Where PMO acts like the admin for the database.

    Currently the report has been checked manually on Manpower Excel sheet by PMO every time when PPGM / Stock holders ask for the detail of employee status.
    Prerequisites

    The following prerequisites should be need to start the project .

    SAP R/3 development access

    Process Flow

    PPGM / Stock holder view various reports of Manpower sheet depends on different categories like employee availability, bench, base skill. Through SAP portal. And Generate Email to PMO for blocking certain employee accordingly to their project need. Referring to Email, PMO updates the database of Manpower sheet and block those employees for the requested PPGM / Stock holder.
