ORGANIZATIONAL VISION
Vision outlines what the organization want to be or how it wants the world in which it operates to be. It is a long-term view and concentrates on the future. Visions without actions and without resources to accomplish them build expectations that are not realized. For example, a charity working with the poor might have a vision statement such A World without Poverty A vision is the preferred future, a desirable state, and ideal state. It is an expression of optimism. A vision is a general statement encompassing the direction an agency wants to take and the desired end result once it gets there. It is the vision of what those involved what their organization to become.

ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION
An organization's mission is its reason for existence. It speaks to the questions: Why does this organization exist? Whom does it serve? By what means does it serve them? Mission Defines the fundamental purpose of an organization or enterprise, describing why it exists and what it does to achieve its vision. For example, the charity might have a mission statement as providing jobs for the homeless and unemployed A mission is more focused on the specifics of what an organization is to accomplish.

Strategic Objectives or Long-term are achieved using strategies. Such objectives tend to go over a few years and may include profit maximisation, growth, image and reputation and market standing. Strategies are actions that facilitate the organisation to meet its objectives. For example in operational strategies.
