IOSH Working Safely

Course Content
It provides a grounding in the essentials of health and safety everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must work safely and this course offers exactly that. Working Safely introduces a completely new approach to health and safety training and offers all the basics in a high impact interactive package. IOSH Managing Safely course is designed to provide participants with a broad overview on health, safety and environmental topics. On completion of this course, participants will gain sufficient knowledge and skills to deal with health and safety issues. The NEBOSH International General Certificate provides an appropriate breadth of knowledge for non-specialists in occupational health and safety to enable them to discharge more effectively their organizational duties or functions with respect to workplace health and safety.

Working Safely is a one-day course for staff from any sector with no supervisory or managerial responsibility. The Mobile Industrial Safety Trainer (MIST) was designed to offer:
a realistic approach for training participants in many roles that range from Permit Issuer to Rescuer. The simulator challenges delegates to realise the risks of Confined Spaces such as air quality, combustible gases, stored energy, physical and environmental hazards, manoeuvrability and escape. We accomplish this by offering participants the hands-on knowledge and skills required to fulfil these responsibilities.

Seatbelt Simulator

DRIVE the safety message home!!!

Simulate a traffic collisions in a controlled environment. Trainees experience the forces of a low speed impact (6mph/10kmph), which helps to convince them of the importance of wearing a seatbelt. It allows the rider to experience the surprising amount of force generated with such a low speed collision and to gain respect for the benefit that a seat belt can provide. Wearing a seatbelt greatly reduces injuries resulting from traffic collisions. It is a very effective tool for safety presentations.
