[a]ease and relieve and [b]refresh [c]your souls.]
S 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am
gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will
find rest ([d]relief and ease and refreshment and
[e]recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.
S 30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, [f]goodnot
harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable,
gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and
easy to be borne.
What is a Yoke?
A yoke is a wooden crosspiece that is fastened

set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ
is revealed at his coming. 14 As obedient children, do not
conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in
ignorance. 15 But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all
you do; 16 for it is written: Be holy, because I am holy.
S Leviticus 11: 44 I am the Lord your God; consecrate yourselves
and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean
by any creature that moves along the ground. 45 I am the Lord, who
brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore be holy,
because I am holy.
Closing Words
S Christian life is not about living in peace and harmony
with the world system (Satans System). If that is the

have proceeded in our Christian Lives.

me.
S Matthew 6:24 (NIV) No one can serve two masters.
Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will
be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot
serve both God and money.
Take Up Your Cross
And Follow Jesus

not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter

S 38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is
not worthy of me.
