Ability to Pay current liabilities is decreasing

Cause: It is because Increase in Current Assets is less as compare to Increase in


current liabilities (increase in C.A= 2.6%, Increase in C.L= 54%)

Current ratio (2013)= 99.64%

Current ratio (2014)= 66.26%

So these facts are showing that Nestle Pakistans ability to pay current liabilities is
decreasing and it is very threatening for them.

distributors are un-necessary which are increasing the cost of the company.
