Facts and Figures

On a typical day;
Wet + Dry cranberry i/p is 16000
Out of that 70% is wet and rest is dry. Numbers for 1981.
Considering the production remains constant.
For wet fruits processing: total i/p is 11000bbls/day. i.e.
1375/hr
Drying speed with 600bbls/hr is a bottleneck.
For dry fruits processing: total i/p is 5000bbls/day.i.e.
625bls/hr.
So the i/p rate is the bottleneck.
For quality check, capacity is 1200bbls/hr. Whatever be
the total i/p, the system would process only 1200bbls/hr.
