Product
A. Nature:
Champorado is a sweet chocolate rice porridge in the Philippine cuisine,
traditionally made by boiling sticky rice with cocoa powder, giving it a distinctly
brown color and usually added with milk and sugar to make it taste sweeter.
Champorado is served usually at merienda or tea or snack time in the afternoon
and sometimes together with salty dried fish locally known as tuyo. The pudding
becomes very thick and lighter milk also helps to loosen it, thus making it also
edible to be eaten as breakfast and dessert as well. Its history can be traced back
during the Galleon Trade between Mexico and the Philippines, when some Mexican
traders who stayed in the Philippines brought with them the knowledge of making
Champorado. (This is also the reason why there is tuba in Mexico.) Through the
years, the recipe changed; Filipinos eventually found ways to make Mexican
champurado a Philippine Champorado by adding rice.

C. Benefits:
Champorado doesnt only satisfy ones taste buds but
also ones tummy. Champorado fills in the hunger and
craving of an individual for the sweet yet delightful and
satisfying rice porridge. Also, eating Champorado makes
one feel happy, scientifically, because of its main
ingredient, chocolate. Chocolate reduces levels of stress
hormones in the bodies of people feeling highly
exhausted, upset, shell- shocked, and stressed- out.

Market
Our market is the whole school community, which comprises
of students, teachers and staff. The students, will like the taste
of this snack for this is new to be tasted in a typical school day.
Students also like to try different varieties of food tastes, and in
our case, we made it even wider by adding different toppings of
our customers choice. The teachers and staff, on the other
hand, would want something to satisfy their hunger and
tiredness after hours of work or during break times, that also is
delightfully delicious, has a good quality, and is uncostly priced.
Before we could sell, we shall prepare first what we need and
plan what to do for us to accomplish our objectives. This
includes: contacting our friends, bringing bells and of course,
our product. Our selling method is that we will divide our group,
composed of 9 members, into 3 sub-units.
