Introduction
Together with RU30 release also a new version of Reporting Suite was released.
System Program Report contains the most important KPIs to supervise network performance
Accessibility and Retainability reports are supporting to investigate failure causes
Prerequisites of RU30 is OSS5.3 CD3
Following changes are included in RS 5.5.1 (only System program, Accessibility and Retainability report is considered)
New KPIs including new counters (e.g. Voice Call Setup Success Ratio (RRC+CU))
Changed KPI formulas including new counters (HSUPA Resource Accessibility for NRT Traffic)
Some KPI were faulty and just corrected (Active HS-DSCH end user throughput)
Some KPIs are not considered as important anymore and deleted from reports (IP Route Egress Reservation Rate)
Some KPIs were added to get view in special issues (RRC Re-establishment Success Ratio RT RAB)

To follow these changes also a new set of Analysis templates were prepared.
Graphs to display new KPIs were added.
RNC level templates contain also summary sheets, that calculate average KPI value
KPIs and charts were rearranged (e.g. HSDPA and HSUPA Accessibility in one chart)

Aggregation levels will be defined according to the performance management purpose.
