CUNY system (1966)

Eligibility
New York State resident for 12
months prior to enrollment
Require special admission
consideration
Qualify as economically
disadvantaged according to the
guidelines
Applying to EOP/HEOP
Submit regular SUNY
application and indicate
interest in EOP
Campus will often request
additional documentation
High school record/GED &
test scores
