What are Needed to start Goat Raising?
1. A wide-enough pasture area where goars can
graze is ideal for raising goats.
2. Goats need a goat house to shelter them from
the weather elements. In addition, They need feeding
troughs for eating and for drinking clean water.
3. Most importantly, a good breeding stock is
needed to start with. There are breeds of goats that
grow bigger and faster in shorter periods of time.
4. Additional operating expenses include added
food supplement, vaccines, and other veterinary
medicines.
Marketing
1. Goat milk is more digestible than cow milk, so
there is a natural demand for goat milk. With milk
come other dairy products that are produced by
processing plants and manufacturing companies.
2. Goats can be marketed already when they
have reached a desired size. The market demand for
goat meat increases during special occasions like
holiday seasons, fiestas, and the like.
