STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The researchers aimed to describe the relationship between the Teacher’s Instruction
Development and Classroom Observation of Teachers at Bucal National High School.
1. How necessary is classroom observation to the teachers instruction development?

2. What are the effective ways to develop their teaching instruction in the
classroom observation?

3. What is the effect of classroom observation to the teacher’s instruction

development of the teacher?
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

The study focuses on the relationship between teacher’s

instruction development and classroom observation of teacher in
Bucal National High School, S.Y, 2019-2020. The respondents of this

SYNTHESIS

The review of related literature suggested that classroom observation is one

way to develop their teaching instruction. Dr. B says Observation is an important part
of learning how to teach. Classroom observation can often help expose teachers to

However, when it is done in a considerate and respectful fashion, observation can be
beneficial for both the observing teacher and the teacher being observed.
RESEARCH DESIGN

Descriptive research design was the approach used within this

study. Descriptive research typically describes what appear to
happen and what are the important variables seem to be.
Descriptive method employs configuring the data collected while
describing the relationship of the variables.
