costumers is from the finest and purest Dominican products.
• Every step of the process is made in Dominican Republic, and everything we
use has the best quality on the market.
• The main product used to create chocolate is cacao, and ours comes from a
place that is actually rank on the top 10 places of the world in the production
of cacao.
• This place is called “El municipio Castillo” and from there comes our cacao.

• Chokocookies:. Our product made for a general public, this is
basically chocolate with a cookie fill inside.
• Milkchoko: it consist on a premium milk chocolate bar with a
incredible taste
• Chokola Deluxe: this chocolate is for people that love the
taste of a good and original chocolate. Chokola Deluxe has
the perfect mix of our premium chocolate and one of the best
rums of the world called Brugal, which is also a 100%
Dominican product.
How we sell Chokola?
• Chokola is compromised with excellence; we create, produce and distribute
the best chocolate of the world.

• As a high quality chocolate company our goal is ambitious, we want to be
the best of the best in the business, we want our sales to grow
exponentially, we want to provide the best services to our costumers,
making them always choose us as their first option, we want our brand to be
recognized all over the world, and finally we want people to say that
Chokola is the best chocolate they have tasted.
Partnerships
• We are going to partner up with Brugal, an international, world ranked

Dominican rum business. Brugal will provide for us the rum for the Chokola
Deluxe, which is our most special and unique product in the market.
• Guarina will distribute us cookies, but we will not partner up with them, we
will buy the cookies from them only.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

(ONAPI).
• The business bank account in which our company will be supported is
“Banco Reservas" and “Banco Popular”.
• The sale tax rate is averaged with a 16.40% reported by the Direction
General de Impuestos Internos.
Companies obligations:
• Keep the factories, workshops, offices and other places where work must
be performed in the conditions provided by the health provisions;
