internship programme was-

 Learn the method of judging the right candidate at time of interview.

out the world with better selection &
recruitment strategy but I still want to suggest
to adopt new process of selection due to huge
competition with the MA-FOI,TEAMLEASE etc.
 To take care the associates after joining as well
as focus on clients satisfaction.
