Introduction:
 AMC is joint endeavor between ICICI bank and Prudential PLC, UK

Limitation of Research:
 Sample size was limited to 100 because of limited time which is small
to represent the whole population.

 The research was limited to Vadodara city only and if the same research
would have been carried out in another city, result may vary.

 Sometimes the respondents because of their business didn’t able to


concentrate while filling up the question. However the researchers tried
the level best to overcome the limitation by explaining the importance
of research.
Learning:
 The internship was conducted in ICICI Prudential from 13th may
to 21st June. It was a very good experience. The internship
comprises of finance in which there was theoretical knowledge of
Mutual funds and other investments.

 The training was provided on all product that ICICI Prudential


offers to the customers. It provides an exposure of live financial
products. The training program is designed in such a way it was easy
to learn about the Financial Products. Benefits after doing internship
in ICICI Prudential it provided experience which can ultimately help
in providing a good job opportunity.
