     A propert is an exceptionally difficult and multidimensional
    concept. It comes forward as an economic, social, legal and
    moral-moral category. Arose up in the period of becoming
    of human society and at all times was the most determining
    description of the economic system.
     As an economic category it expresses the most deep, essence
    relations of economic life of society.
     As social - provides economic freedom and access of man to
    material and spiritual welfares, his creative development. At
    certain public terms contains potential of justice.
     As a legal category will be realized as the property relations
    fastened in a legislative order, that eliminates tyranny as
    between people.
     Finally, a propert comes forward the kernel of moral norms
    in civil human society. At the same time, quotations,
    resulted higher, are shown by contradictory character of this
    category and its role in human society.
     Marxism examined the method of connection of direct
    producers the important form of economic realization
    of propert with capital goods. Herein he saw the most
    deep description of propert. What is it forms?
     In the conditions of peculiar of labour economy, when
    a man behaves to the terms of production as to it is a
    form of connection line, direct. In the conditions when
    a man is alienated from capital goods, character of
    connection of factors can be dual:
     1) by a violent out economy compulsion - slave, feudal
    and similar with them systems;
     2) through the system of wage labour on the basis of
    economic compulsion or through contractual relations.
    The evolution of relations of propert in the modern
    world gives the new mechanisms of connection of
    material and personal factors of production.
    A domain
     A domain is an initial and main form of
    property relations. Exactly it reflects the legal
    fixing of subject of propert, his right to boss
    and use the object of propert. But without the
    use a domain can reflect socio-economic
    character of propert only de bene esse.
    An order
     An order is a method of realization of relations
    between a subject and object of propert, and also
    between the subjects of market. Exactly
    disposing of propert gives the real possibility to
    its subject to realize the right to act with a
    propert by the desired method — to sell, pass in
    a lease or destroy (except for cases, forbidden by
    a law, for example, unpractical attitude toward
    earth, plough-land). Without a right for an order
    a right for a domain will not be realized.
    The use
     The use is a change of object to the propert in
    accordance with his setting. An user can be
    both an owner and proprietor and that subject
    which a propert is passed to without a right for
    a domain.
    Responsibility
     Responsibility — relation between subjects
    concerning an order and using the object of
    propert. These relations are legalized. In the
    case of unproprietary, lackadaisical attitude
    toward the object of propert an user carries
    before a proprietor economic and legal
    responsibility for a causing damage to this
    object.
