1. What do you do if a passenger ask you to take a trip with him?

I would politely decline the order. And I think it is not the right
occasion for him to ask me that. I would not travel with someone I
met on the job.
2. What are you going to de if a child disturbs other passengers?
I would first look for the children’s parents and politely ask him to
talk to the child, and then I say sorry to the passengers. I will try my
best to minimize unnecessary inconvenience to passengers.
3.What should you do if a passenger feels airsick?
I would offer the passenger cold water, medicine and an
airsickness bag just in case. If the passenger doesn’t feel better,
I would direct him to the toilet, and I would try my best not to
disturb others.
4. What should you do if a customer asks you some private
questions ?
I will politely refuse to answer and tell the customer I am
working now and wish him a good trip.
5. What should you do if two passengers happen to quarrel
with each other?
I will persuade them to stop quarrelling, (argue) and then
take one of them to another seat.
