The concept of hydraulic press is based on Pascal’s theory, which states that in an enclosed system, the pressure throughout the system always remains constant. Hence a hydraulic press is a machine that makes use of the pressure exerted on the fluids to crush, deformation of metals, straighten or mold. Problem Statement Before we are going to see our design project, we should to see why we have done manual operated hydraulic press machine. The main idea of this project is assembling and disassembling the eye bush from the leaf spring housing. In ECWC the operation is done by two methods. These methods are electrical control hydraulic press and hammer on. Electrical control hydraulic press aren’t used on the site, rather the driver take to mechanical work shop to fit the bush. Hammer on operation affects the diametric clearance of bushing and housing and it needs large human effort. Objectives of this project General objective

Total 3,886 conclusion The result of our design is done by the aim of solving ECWC problem. The main advantage of this machine easily fit and removed the rubber bushes to the leaf spring house. This machine multiply human force in order to produce much more effort and efficiency. This can be used in various applications like To fit the rubber bush, To remove rubber bush, To hold the tools and To punch sheet metal. It is very effective in cost and simple installation. Recommendation We recommend the ECWC that they should use manually operated hydraulic press machine. Due to time and resource our design is restricted during manufacturing process. Based on this we should recommend the following things: The frame is designed by welding, it is better and flexible by using nut. The design should be light as much as possible to be handle by human.
